Charli and chase are best friends and chase ends up dating charli's enemy Nessa and nessa chokes Charli because she(charli) was talking to chase and Charli ends up passing out and a few hours later when she wakes up SHe gets a feeling that chase got hurt so she screams and tells Avani(Charli's friend and chase's sister) to check on chase and passes out. Then when Avani checks on chase she figures out that chase has gotten into an accident.
Meanwhile, with addison she is planning to suprise chase for his birthday and calls charli for help but the doctor picks up and tells the whole situation about charli and because addison gets worried she comes to the hospital and a few moments later something happens to Charli.
