I awoke with a jolting pain in my body. I looked around and realised I was at the school infirmary. Tess was just rescued from Curtis' beastwill by me. I'm quite sure I got knocked out. His beastwill is no joke. But I'm glad I was able to safeguard Tess.

I made an attempt to stand up. I'm sure, Everyone would be concerned about me. At the very least, I should go tell director not to inform my parents about it, but perhaps maybe they have already done so. I let out a sigh. My mother is often anxious about me. I guess I'll have to listen to her long spiel about how trouble is like my closest friend.

As I was attempting to stand up, a bright white light flashed in front of me. What is this?

I was attempting to figure out what was going on when the bright white suddenly vanished.

What happened next, was even more stunning because I was in an unknown place with a large screen in front of me, and I wasn't alone; several people I recognised were present.

Mom, Dad, Ellie, Sylvie, the Helstea Family, the Twin Horns Party, the Eralith Family, the Glayder Family, all the lances, Adventurers Guild, Students council, Disciplinary Community members, Professor Glory, Professor Gideon and Director Goodsky were all present.

What's going on? Why are we all gathered here? There are thousands of inquiries. I was attempting to figure it out when all of a sudden, my thoughts were stopped by an embrace.

"Mom?" I grumbled. I had completely forgotten about my family, whom I hadn't seen in many days.

As she released me out of the hug, my mother murmured "Are you okay, Arthur? I heard you got hurt. Can you show me your wounds? Why do always get hurt?" She grilled me with questions as usual.

"I've missed you, my son." My father attempted to appear tough, but his eyes were filled with tears.

"I missed you both as well and as for my health I did get hurt but suddenly all my wounds healed up, though I'm not sure how," I replied.

"Are you genuinely concealing your injuries?" My mother assumed that I was concealing my wounds to avoid causing her concern, but I was telling the truth. I didn't feel the pain that I had just felt a few minutes before. It was as if I had never been harmed.

"Mom, I'm telling you the truth."

"Well, that's a relief." My mother gave out a sigh of relief.

"Yes, yes, yes. You don't care about your precious little adorable daughter now that you've gotten your son back." Ellie sighed, her face flushed. This girl is growing so quickly that she now demands a piece of my love from our parents.

"Come on, my sweet little child, now give mama a hug." Mother said as she raised her arms towards him.

"I'm no longer a child," Ellie stated.

"That doesn't mean this big girl doesn't need her mother's hug. That is heartbreaking." My mother was acting out her sadness. She's so skilled at it.

"But I didn't say that." Ellie dashed in and hugged her mother.

"When is daddy going to get a hug?" Dad inquired of Ellie.

"No, Dad does not receive a hug; only Mama does." Ellie remarked, teasingly.

"That's completely unjust. Come on, Arthur, you'll give me a hug right?" My father stated.

"No way, you stink." I stated unequivocally.

"That's very cruel." Dad said this while wiping away his phoney tears. Spending time with my family was quite rejuvenating. I could just let go of everything.
