[Chapter 10 - Another Chance]

JIMIN POV

I ran to my locker and in my relief no one is on the hallway right now.

I saw Jungkook and his friends came out of the bathroom.

I saw a smirk form on Jungkook's mouth that sends shivers through my spine.

I turn my head back on the locker hoping them to leave.

And in my relief they left and go to the cafeteria.

After zoning out for a couple of minutes, I immediately go to the cafeteria.

'Oh no, I'm sure Taemin is waiting for so long now. I just hope he won't ask what took me so long specially that I'm not good at lying.' I thought.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"Taemin~sii"

"Jiminie, what took you so long?"

"Sorry for making you wait too long"

"It's fine. But seriously, what took you so long?"

"I-i...I uhm...the-there is a li-line in the ba-bathroom"

"That is the lamest excuse i've ever heard Jiminie"

"..."

"We've never had a line in the bathroom"

"..."

"I. Want. You. To. Tell. Me. What. Really. Happened. Don't you dare lie Jiminie"

"U-uhm, ca-can I tell i-it to y-you l-later?"

Taemin sighed.

"Okay fine. Let's eat?"

Jimin nodded.

JIMIN POV

The class just finished and all of us got out of our classrooms to our lockers.

Me and Taemin are just quiet but not until he talked.

"Jiminie, don't forget to tell me what happened, okay?"

"Ne Taemin~sii"

"Let's go to the garden so we can talk it all out"

I nodded.

"So? Jiminie, what happened?"

I hesitated for a second and sighed.

I looked at Taemin with my eyes full of nervousness and worry.

I saw his face turned into a worried one.

"Jiminie, please tell me what happened. I'm worried sick specially that your my friend"

I nodded and started to tell him everything.

As I get into the middle of the story I saw Taemin clenching his jaw and fist.

I started stuttering and my eyes started to get filled with fear.

I saw Taemin calmed down a little and his eyes turned back into the worry ones but still mixed with a little bit of anger.

I finished telling everything and Taemin sighed.

"So, they hurt you again?"

I nodded slowly and looked down.

"Jiminie, why didn't you tell me right away?"

"I-i uhm..."

"What Jiminie?"

"I-im s-scared"

"Scared? Of what?"

"O-of...you"

I looked at him a little bit and I saw his eyes soften.

"What do you mean Jiminie?"

"I-i'm s-scared th-that you might g-get hu-hurt"

"Why would I get hurt?"

"I know that you will get mad if I told you about this and you might get into a fight with them. They are dangerous and I just don't want you to get hurt"

"Jiminie, I know your worried. But I can't just let them hurt you like that specially that you haven't done anything wrong!"

I just looked down.

"I will make sure they will pay for what they've done to you!"

He was about to stand up when I hold his wrist.

He turn to me and I believe he saw my eyes that are still full of worry and fear.

"Pl-please d-don't"

He just stared at me.

"Please don't do it"

"But Jiminie-"

I cut him off.

"Please just give them another chance..."

"...One last chance"

"Jiminie..."

"Another chance Taemin~sii..."

"... Just another chance please"

He sighed.

"Fine. But after this I'm done. They'll have to pay for this!" He said firmly.

I nodded in assurance.

He cleared his throat.

"Okay, change topic. So are we still going to hangout with my friends? It's okay if you don't want to"

"Ani...let's go. They might be waiting"

He just chuckled and dragged me to the parking lot.

"Taemin~sii"

"Hmm?"

"Are you sure their going to like me?"

"Of course Jiminie"

I sighed for the millionth time.

"Btw, they will transfer here soon"

"Jinjja?"

"Ne.."

"Well, I'm excited for that!"

I exclaimed excitedly and Taemin just laughed at me as we got inside the car.

He started the car and drove to the restaurant.
