CH 32- A bond 🥀

After Jungkook heard those words, his eyes widened. He didn't know that she was going to spill their little secret to her mother. Now he felt awkward standing there.

They both looked at Y/n's mom, waiting to see what she thought about their relationship. Will she be happy? Angry?

Her mother was always strict about Y/n's relationships. But not as much as her dad. Her father was quite harsh at times.

"W-What? You're dating?" Her mother asked, a hint of excitement in her voice.

If only she knew what Jungkook was really like. How reckless he could be, how he could get Y/n in a lot of danger, but in reality he would go to any lengths to protect her.

"Yeah.."

"Oh my..that's amazing!" Her mother exclaimed, suddenly pulling Jungkook into her embrace.

'Oh no..that's embarrassing.'

"I'm so glad! I'm happy that you finally have someone."

"Well..mom it's not like i haven't had a boyfriend before.."

"I know, but they were all lame." Her mother spoke bluntly, earning a smile from Jungkook, his ego definatly rising rising after hearing that.

"Uhm..mom?"

"Hm?" She hummed in response.

"So..can Jungkook stay here for a while? I know dad won't like it, but can he just stay?" Her mother frowned at her daughter's words.

"Honey..what about his parents?"

The room became silent.

"Well, his par-"

Jungkook cut her off. He didn't want to lie anymore. He didn't want to hide his past, his true self anymore. It was hard to keep making up lies all the time, and he didn't want to lie to her parents.

"My mom passed..and my dad's in rehab." He spoke, his tone being quiet as it was still a very very touchy subject to talk about.

"Oh..I'm sorry, sweetie..that must be terrible to deal with.." Jungkook nodded slowly, that pity feeling hitting him right in the heart. He hated it, but he pushed himself through it.

"Don't you have any other relatives you can stay with?"

"Ah..my uncle lives a few hours away, so no.." Jungkook said, feeling awkward in this moment.

"Well, of course you can stay, but I'm gonna need to set some ground rules. If I don't, your father will and he will make them harsh." Y/n sighed, preparing to hear more embarrassing things.

"Number one, you can sleep in the same room, but no s×x under my roof."

'She did not just say that..'

"Mom!"

"And, if you're going to do it, use protection."

"Mom, seriously?!" Jungkook cheekily smiled at Y/n's flustered state. They've already done it in her bedroom, without protection.

"Number two, please don't stay out too late." Y/n sighed, feeling embarrassed by her mother.
