Rain tumbles down the side of the building as lightning strikes across the sky.
"What exactly can you tell me about my true identity, Levi?" I question, as he pulls me across the hallway, to the same room that I saw my parents talking to Magnus in the other day. Lets just say, one way or another I will find out who I really am, and I will embrace it.
"This is Valentine Morgenstern, your grandfather, and Johnothan Morgenstern, your Uncle. As you might know, Johnothan was filled with demon, Valentine injected him with it. " I nod my head as he continues," 2 years before you were born, your father was almost killed by Johnothan, but your mother injected some of the Heavanly Fire into him, making his life difficult, but he lived. The thing is, the Heavanly Fire was transferred over to you when you were born, not your brother. Something about you is different, to not be in your brother. That's what they were talking to Magnus about. Scanning you to find out what's so different."
He looks at me, waiting for a response.
" But, I'm a shadowhunter, right?" He sighs.
" Yes. I am trying to figure out what it is that makes you different. Mabie it's the mix of Valentine's demon blood and the Heavanly Fire, but I don't know. But I do know how to find out."
