The loud clap of thunder wakes me up instantly, I sit up quickly in bed and look around. Its black but not pitch black, its bright enough for me to see the carpet in my bedroom. I look over at the clock on my bedside table. 6:00. Oh crap! I have 30 minutes! I get up quickly and run to the closet and grab my waitress dress and slip it over my cold body, I then run to the bathroom and brush my teeth and brush my hair. I sprint out of the bathroom to where my purse lays on the counter and grab it. I slip my shoes on next and grab my phone and shove it into my purse, out of the corner of my eye I see a note laying on the table. I walk to it and pick it up and read it;

Damn it I was looking forward to that lunch... I look at the clock on the microwave. 6:20. Shit! I run out the door quickly towards my car, digging threw my purse for the keys. Where are they?! HA! Found them! I quickly unlock my car and get in. I quickly put the key in the ignition and turn it. It turns over and over... and over.... and starts. I quickly shift into gear and drive away from the house towards the restaurant. 6:26. Damn it i'm already late... The next thing i hear is the popping of the engine. No no! don't do this now! I pull over as my car slowly breaks down and comes to a stop.
"You piece of shit!" I say with a groan. I get out and slam the door shut and pull out my phone and call Lucy.
She picks up after 3 rings.
"Hey Lev! If your mad about the lunch i'm sorry!" Lucy said with a worried tone.
"Im not worried about that Lucy, my car just broke down on my way to work.... and I don't have a number for a mechanic..." I say with a gulp.
"Oh well I know Natsu works at one a couple blocks away from my work... I'll have him go and get you..." She says with a hopeful expression.
"Ive known you for how long and you have never told me that!?" I say.
"I never thought your car would be a piece of shit!" She says with a growl.
"Okay Okay sorry thanks Lucy" I say apologetically.
"Yup!" She hangs up and I sit in my car and wait...
