I don't know who might read this but hear me out!

First of all, for me, I think the girl that the boy (TXT) mean in this song is actually never exist in the first place. I mean she's not real. This girl might be only in his imagination / hallucination / appear only when he feels high.

Why I said like that? Is because of these lyrics

"I'm full of problems,love sick

No way to go

I was fine to die"

When someone found or have their loved one or their 'one and only', doesn't that person supposed to be more enthusiastic with his life? Always want to do the best in every aspect? And every day is feels like a new day? I mean that's what I usually hear and see. But in this song, the boy (TXT) already found their 'one and only' but at the same time they feel like it's okay, it's fine to die. Like it doesn't make sense right? Unless.... the girl is actually only exist in his own imagination / his own 'world' cause he knows that no matter where he is or no matter what he does and even no matter either he dies or alive, he stills can meet the girl. Why? This is because he believes that the girl always be in his head or mind or let's call it as his own 'world'. So, the girl will always be with him. He doesn't need to worry about anything. He doesn't care about how mess up he is and the reality world and he even admit that he is a loser in this game

"Even if I die, it's okay

I'm a loser in this game"

The only things he cares about are the girl and his own 'world'.

Second, let's say if this all happening when the boy (TXT) feels high.

When you feel high, you start to fantasize, have delusional and high hallucination. I think this will apply to these lyrics

"Angel who one day appeared to me,

Take me away to your hometown'

The boy feels high because of (I don't know maybe drug, maybe some sort of medicines or alcohol or something) so he starts to see the angel and asks the angel to take him to 'hometown' which is I think a paradise or life after death perhaps (?). This can also indicates that the boy want to give up with his life and just die so that he can be together with the girl and be happy forever.

We move to this line said

"Please use me like a drug"

Alright, since the boy have been mentioning about drug, let's assume that he feels high because of a drug. He takes drug so that he can start fantasize,hallucinating so that he can meet the girl, his 'one and only'. Because of this is the only way he can be happy, he become addicted to the girl (and drug as well). She is the only source of happiness he has in this mess up world. That's why he ask the girl to use him like a drug too so that the girl can be addicted to him as well. Without him knowing that she's never exist. The only 'one and only' in the reality is actually him.

Third, Seori (korean version) and Ikuta (japanese version) voices. Oh my gosh, both of them have this kind of angelic voice that perfectly suit with this song. With this kind of voice, to me somehow it sounds like the girl response to the boy (?). Like the girl try to convince they boy (TXT) to believe that she's exist ya know. Try to make him believes that his own 'world' is real. The boy then believes into it by saying this line

"I know it's real I can feel it"

"I know I love you"

But then we know, it's only in his head, in his own 'world'. All of the things he's experiencing is not real at the first place.

(Yeah, that's what I feel every time I hear that part. Idk sjsksksk)

Next, we go to the second verse. We can see the boy (TXT) talk about

"I'm not going to make it

I won't be able to get into the heaven

I don't belong there

No place for me in heaven."

Part of me think that the boy (TXT) feels and says like that because even though he cannot help it, he's actually realizes that he's been staying high most of the time by using drug and addicted to drug. So he feels like he doesn't deserves to be in heaven because he uses 'dirty way' to meet the girl.

Lastly, the last part. When the girl (Seori) says

"Say you love me, say you love me"

And the boy reply with

"I love you" (I take korean version)

When he reply with "I love you" means he's already believes that his own 'world' is reality and the reality world is not exist anymore. Or I think that's the moment the boy dies and finally enter / goes / lives into his own 'world' that the boy creates. Or when he said "I love you", it's a metaphor that the boy dies and meet the girl at his own 'world' and finally be happy.

And the cause of death might be because of the boy overdose or because of something else.
