Part 51

JAYDENS POV

"Just hold on Jayden, we are almost at my house"

Laurie says as I sit in the back seat of her car squirming around because of the pain in my hip

"Okay"

I say with tears rolling down my cheeks

About 2 minutes later the car stoped and Laurie got out. Then came to the back seat and helped me get out

"There you go, just like that Jayden"

She says as she helps me walk up to the front door

Once we got inside she helped me lay down on the couch then went to get some 'supplies'

"Here, I got you something for the pain"

She says passing me a pill and a glass of water. Before even thinking about it I swallowed the pill

"Good job"

Laurie says sitting down next to me with some medical supplies

"This might hurt okay?"

She says

"Okay"

I say nervously as she gets to work. It hurt a lot but I was trying not to make it obvious

"Why are you helping me?"

I manage to stutter out as she is trying to fix my cut

"Because, I wanted to"

Laurie says. And before I could say anything else, everything around me started going blurry and then eventually... black

I woke up in someone's bed. I sat up and looked around, where the fuck am I?

I tried to stand up but the pain in my hip plus my banging head ache was too much.

"Jayden! How are you feeling?"

Laurie says walking into the room

"Not good"

I say

"Why am I here?"

I ask confused. She looks at me and sighs

"Well, you got stabbed"

She says making me look at her with an annoyed face

"Yeah no shit Sherlock"

I say looking down at my hip

"I know that, but why where you there? At Fezco's house?"

I ask

"Because honey, I needed to save you. And we both know your boyfriend wasn't going to make it out alive, but I wanted to save you Jayden. It's a shame i didn't get there before you got stabbed"

Laurie says with literally no emotion. I don't know why she wanted to 'save me'

but how the fuck did she get there right on time? And how the fuck did she know that was going to happen? Or if she didn't know the cops were coming to Fezco's house, how did she find out so quick?

But all of the thoughts about Laurie quickly disappear as I start feel sick to my stomach thinking about the fact that Ashtray might have not survived. I need to find out if him and Fez are okay, right now.

"Do you know where my phone is?"

I ask, hoping to get in contact with Ashtray

"Here"

She says passing me my phone off the bedside table

"Thank you"

I mutter as I open it to text Ash
