NINE

THE NEXT MORNING Jimin wakes up quite early, he didn't want to make the same mistake like the day before and oversleep.

So he woke up, washed his face, fixed his black hair and changed into his working clothes, before going downstairs to make himself coffee. On his way to the kitchen, he met Seokjin, who is also getting ready for work. Jimin greets him with a short ‚hello' before continuing his way to the kitchen, he didn't feel like having a conversation this early.

While waiting for his coffee to be ready, he pours some food into Cali's bowl, since she's been following him meowing for food.

It's only 7:30am as he sits down at the dining table to drink his coffee, enjoying the rather quiet morning.
He had a hard time falling asleep so he can feel his body still being tired, but he hopes the coffee will help him.

Suddenly a soft bump on his right arm makes him flinch and look to his right, where he spots the big Doberman, nudging his head against Jimin's arm and leg.

„Oh hello there." Jimin says with a smile before petting the dogs head. The black haired male is glad that the dog and his cat are getting along.

Bam sniffs Jimin's hand, making him chuckle in result, while he tries to pet him with his other hand. Bam definitely looks like a K9 but at home he is just a puppy playing and running around.

Jimin's good mood vanishes the second he spots a certain male going down the stairs, passing the dining table to go to the kitchen to make himself a coffee.

„You are going with Hoseok and Taehyung today." The black haired man says without looking at Jimin, making the younger press his lips together.

„Good morning to you too." Jimin mumbles, obviously still pissed because of yesterday.

Jimin lowers his head and continues petting the dog next to him, before another male, Jimin can't stand, joins them.

„Come here, Bam." He says with a sleepy voice, making the dog run to him the same second. He didn't greet Jimin and Jimin didn't greet him.

Jimin takes a sip from his coffee, an awkward silence hovers over them, Jungkook leaves the dining area first with his dog, since they have to go to work.

So it's just Jimin and Yoongi, the older male drinking his coffee while leaning against the kitchen counter.

Jimin rests his eyes on Cali who just finished her food before she slowly approaches the elder in the kitchen. She nudges her head against his leg, purring loudly as she wants him to pet her.

At first the black haired male with the scar tries to ignore her and continues drinking his coffee, but Jimin knows no one can resist Cali. Not even someone like Yoongi.

With a sigh he squats down to pet the tricolored cat, making her nudge her head even more against his hand, purring loudly in result.

A soft smile forms on Yoongi's lips and Jimin sees him smile for the first time.
