Chapter 1: Transferee

"Leif, have you heard? There's a new transferee student again. Seriously, the school seems to have a lot of transferees this month," said a man wearing eyeglasses, while also putting his clothes on. When he didn't receive a reply, he turned around only to see a certain someone rubbing his temples, brows knitted together.

When he saw the man's face who seemed to be a little pale he asked worriedly, "Are you okay, Leif? You look pale."

"Hmm, I'm okay. Just have a bad dream," Leif said in a low voice. He then stood up, grabbed his black backpack and uttered, "Let's go."

Dilan immediately got his backpack and also followed Leif who was already outside of their room.

Whenever a student saw them, they would stop and greet them. And then they would also greet them back.

"Good morning."

The two of them had quite a reputation in their school. Leif being the Student council's President, and Dilan being the Vice President. Moreover, both of them are good-looking and smart. They are the perfect embodiment of a model student. So it's no secret why they have so many admirers both from Omegas and Betas.

The two of them walked inside the canteen to have their breakfast. They grabbed a silver tray and then fell in line.

The server serves pretty fast and so it only took them a couple of minutes to get their food. And sit at the table where they usually sat.

"Hey, have you heard me earlier?" Dilan uttered while also busy eating his food.

Seeing that, Leif frowned at him and said, "Don't talk when your mouth is full."

Dilan rolled his eyes, and nodded at his friend who always had a serious expression on his face.

"Yes. I have heard you earlier. And if I'm not mistaken, I might be called over to the Principal office at any moment to assist the transferee student." Leif only said in a plain tone. While seriously eating his food.

"I thought so too. You always assist the transferees anyway," Dilan said in agreement.

After they are done eating, they did not waste time and immediately walked in the direction of their classroom.

But as they were walking someone called Leif's name.

"Leif!"

They both stopped to turn around and stared at the man who was holding his chest and was gasping for air.

"Wait. Let me breathe first... Okay. Principal Alonzo is looking for you. You know, there's a transferee student again. Our school is quite popular this academic year," said the man after taking a huge breath.

Leif nodded and said, "Thank you, William."

"No problem."

"I'll get going first." Leif said. Gave the two a little wave and strutted towards the Principal's office.

When Leif arrived in front of the Principal's office he knocked three times first before he walked inside the room.

There he saw the Principal talking to a man who seems to be the transferee student.

"Good morning, Principal Alonzo. I've heard from William that you're looking for me," he said in a polite tone while looking at the Principal.

"Ah yes, Mr. Rogelio. We have a new transferee student. And I want you to be the one to assist him and tour him around our school," said Principal Alonzo in a delighted tone, clearly happy to see his favorite student.
