Jades POV

"So tell me Mr Styles, Who did the defendants kidnap?" Our lawyer asked Harry who was on the witness stand.

"Zayn, Niall and I were kidnapped first, then as we were escaping Jade was kidnapped" Harry answered confidently.

As angry as i am with Harry i can't help but admire him. He is so confident and he knows what he is doing. He takes every chance he can get to look at me and each time he does my heart flutters.

"I would like to call the victim, Jade Amelia Thirlwall, to the stand" My heart started beating even faster. Ok Jade just breathe.

I stood up and slowly made my way to the stand. As I was walking to the stand i stole a glance at Harry who smiled at me. I then looked at Liam who gave me a thumbs up but looked as terrified as I felt.

"Do you promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?" The prosecutor asked me before I sat down.

"I do" I whispered.

Jade man up. You need to get confident to convince the jury. Just pretend your on stage talking to your fans. I closed my eyes for a split second to picture hundreds of fans in front of me. When I opened my eyes I felt like a new person. I was ready for anything that anyone was going to throw at me.

After the trial we all went over to McDonald's which was across the road. We had to wait for the jury to come to a verdict but it is pretty obvious what they are going to choose.

"Alright i'll go order for everyone. Leigh-Anne would you like to help me?" Louis said standing up and holding out his hand for Leigh-Anne.

"Of course" She giggled.

Well that was suspicious.

"I'm gonna go outside and get some fresh air" Zayn says eyeing Perrie.

Perrie nods then stands up and follows Zayn out to the front.

I notice Harry look at Liam. Liam nods then stands up and walks away with Ed, Jesy and Niall.

"Well i'm going to leave you two to talk which is something you obviously need to do. Just remember love is a difficult path but is so worth it in the end" Simon says before standing up and walking over to Louis and Leigh.

I looked up at Harry who was sitting across from me. He was looking directly at me. We sat in silence before Harry decided to speak.

"Um, you did great in court today" He said awkwardly.

"Thanks" I mumbled.

We feel into another awkward silence.

"What do u think the verdict will be?"

"Harry don't make small talk. You obviously want to say something so spit it out" I said getting frustrated.

"Ok look, I know I stuffed up, twice, but I just get so nervous around you. Last night I was so excited to go out with you but I freaked and ran. That's what I do. When I can't handle things I run. And last year with Caroline, well I was an idiot. I didn't realise what I had, a beautiful, amazing girl who I could call mine. Look Jade, I know o hurt you but I also know that I love you and I think you love me two."

I was about to reply to his words but everyone decided to come back from there outings to join us. All throughout lunch I couldn't stop thinking about Harry's words. Was he being truthful? And how does he know I love him? Do I love him? Yes. But do I want to be with him? Yes. But can I trust him?

"Ok we have to be back in the court room in 10 minutes so let's head over there now" Simon says standing up and putting his rubbish in the bin. We walk to the courtroom and take our seats, waiting for the juries verdict.

"Has the jury come to a verdict?" The judge asks, looking at the jury.

"We have your honor. We find the accused, guilty."

"I sentence the guilty to 20 years in prison" the judge said banging his hammer thing.

We all stood up and walked out of the court room while they were arrested.

"We won! We won!" Perrie yelled as soon as we got outside.

She was jumping up and down when she suddenly jumped up and kissed Zayn on the lips.

"Woah, what was that?" Jess asked in shock.

Perrie jumped down from Zayn blushing.

"Well I say we celebrate. Who's with me?" Liam asked looking around.

"Actually I'm really tired, so I'm gonna go home" Louis said.

"Yeah same here."

"Me too."

"Well looks like its just me" Liam said after everyone said no.

"I'll go with you" Jesy said nervously.

"Great. We'll see you all later" Liam said taking Jesy's hand and running away.

"Well, let's go home" Simon says walking to the cars.

We all follow him and fall asleep as soon as we get home.
