Snape's Daughter (Draco Malfoy)

Part 10

I wake up with little memory of yesterday. I'm in my pajamas with Draco next to me and his arms wrapped around me. That's weird, I didn't change into this last night. I shake Draco awake.

"Draco, umm... I didn't change into this last night. Did you do it?" I ask.

"Yea, I thought you'd be more comfortable like that," he says.

"Okay, thanks," I kiss him, "Come on, I'm hungry,"

We get dressed and go to the kitchen.

"Father, can we go to the theater today, to see a movie?" I ask father when I see him.

"What's a movie?" Lucius asks.

"It's a muggle thing," I say.

"How do you know about it?" he says repulsively.

"My mother was muggleborn and I usually spend summer with grandmother who is a muggle," I say.

"You may, darling, but be careful," father says.

Draco and I have breakfast then find a theater for a movie.

We end up seeing a hilarious comedy and we go to the Leaky Cauldron afterwards.

We walk the streets of London and I see a music shop and pull Draco into it.

"What are these?" He whispers into my ear.

"Music, records more specifically," I whisper back to him. I pick up one of them that I recognize, "This a good classic rock band called The Beatles. My grandmother loves them,"

I take it to one of the players around and play it. I take the headphones and stretch them so Draco and I can listen to them.

"They're good," he says.

I look for Pink Floyd and find my favorite, Wish You Were Here. Play it for Draco and after I buy it.

"Do you have a record player?" he asks as we leave.

"Yeah, it's at the bottom of my trunk," I say.

"We should get back, come on," He says.

We use floo powder to get back to the manor just in time for dinner.

"Did you have fun sweetheart?" father asks when he sees me.

"Yea, we saw a movie, went to the Leaky Cauldron for lunch and walked around London. I even got a new record for my collection!" I say.

"What's a record?"Lucius asks. Ugh! He needs to work on his muggle studies!

"It's music," I say. I put my stuff away then we have dinner.

After dinner I show Draco my collection of records and send an owl to my grandma because I miss her.

I fall asleep on Draco as we cuddle, talk and he plays with my hair. Today has been a good day.
