Project PAJ/Talia Al Ghul's Home for the Superkids Bruce Wayne doesn't Adopt

Intro

I will make this quick, as I don't like reading A/Ns at all, but this is my first proper fanfic. It's a DC Alternate Universe that I've been messing around with, and basically, Wally West(Kid Flash), Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and a couple of OCs get adopted by Talia Al Ghul. Constructive criticism is highly appreciated, but hate will not be tolerated. I don't know much about the DCU, so if you notice any incorrect details, please inform me, and if it isn't a part of the AU, I'll change it.
