Part 22: House Hunting

Maya's POV:

"But this one has a play room for Hazel."  I say pointing to the computer.  "I know but this one has more bedrooms for our future babies."  Carina smiles.  "Plus we can store her toys in her room, she doesn't need a separate room for her toys."  Carina adds.  "How about we look at them and then decide."  I say.  "Okay."  Carina rolls her eyes. I press our lips together in a sweet kiss. 

"I was going to take a shower, do you want to join me."  I smirk.  "I would love to bambina."  The brunette smiles. 

I start the shower and get in, shortly Carina joins me.  Our lips meet in a passionate kiss, the room was only getting hotter by the second as our tongues fight for dominance.  I kiss down her wet body hearing sweet moans escape her lips.  I get down to her center swiping my tongue through her folds, she parts her legs wider and grabs a fist full of my hair pulling me closer to where she needed me the most.  I suck on her clit pulling loud moans from her parted lips. 

"Shit."  Carina moans keeping a tight grip on my hair. 

I line up two fingers and push them into her center.  I quickly stand up covering her mouth trying to suppress her moans.  "Don't make a sound."  I whisper.  I slowly start moving my fingers in and out curling them at the top.  I guide my other hand to her nipple, rolling it between my finger tips. 

I gain speed pushing my finger in and out as she bites her lip to try and suppress her moans.  I could feel her walls start to tighten around my fingers.  "Come for me Carina."  I whisper into her ear.  With a few more thrusts her legs start to shake, a string of cuss words falling through her parted lips, as I circle her clit waiting for her to come down from her orgasm. 

"I love you."  I say.  "I love you too bambina."  Carina smiles connecting our lips.  We get out of the shower deciding to just put robes on.  I quietly check on Hazel to make sure she didn't wake up. 

"Was she asleep?"  Carina asks once I walk into the bedroom.  "Yes I'm surprised though cause you were pretty loud."  I laugh.  "Oh really I'd like to see how quiet you can be when your hot wife is fucking you."  Carina says getting closer.  "I hate you."  I roll my eyes.  "You love me."  Carina smiles.

(Next day at work)

"Bishop."  I hear Dixon say.  I roll my eyes internally.  "What is it Dixon?"  I ask.  "I have made my decision for the next battalion chief."  He goes silent for a few seconds.  "I have decided on you for the next battalion chief."  He says.  "Oh my gosh thank you so much sir."  I smile. 

"You'll start next week and I'm sure you'll be glad to hear that your office will be here at 19."  He says.  "Thank you Dixon, who will be the next captain? I ask.  "Andy once she gets back from maternity leave but in the mean time Jack will be captain and Bishop don't make me regret this!" 

He leaves and I call Carina immediately but she doesn't answer so I decide to go to the hospital on my lunch break.  I see her turned around at the nurses station.  I slowly sneak up to her and hug her from behind. 

"Bambina is that you?"  She asks.  "Yes!"  I smile.  "Why are you here?  You never visit me at work."  She says.  "I have some good news!"  "I'm the next battalion chief!!!"  I say almost screaming.  "Holy crap bambina that's amazing!"  Carina says pulling me into her office.  "I tried to call you but you didn't answer so I though I would come her on my break because I couldn't wait to tell you!"  I smile.  Carina pulls me in for a tight hug. 

"I'm so proud of you bella."  "Thank you baby."  I press our lips together pulling away when air became a need.  "Shit, I'm sorry bella a mom is in labor and I just got paged that she's at 10 centimeters."  Carina says.  "It's okay, go."  I say.  "I love you and I'm so proud of you."  Carina smiles running out the door.  I stop at the daycare to say hi to Hazel and then I left.

Carina's POV:

"Okay I have to admit I do think I like this one better."  Maya says.  "See I told you."  I smile.  We walk through the beautiful 1 story modern house with 4 bedroom's holding hands.  We had already walked through 5 houses before this.  "Should we put in an offer?"  Maya asks.  "I think we should as long as you agree."  I say.  "I think we should."  She smiles. 

We put in our offer with the real estate agent and leave.  "Hey on our way can we stop by Andy's?  I want to give her the good news."  The blonde asks.  "Of course we can."  I smile pressing our lips together.  We drive away feeling good about our decision. 

We get to Andy's and knock on the door.  Sullivan answers the door looking sleep deprived and covered in baby vomit.  "Hey Sullivan how are you?"  Maya asks cautiously.  "I feel like shit."  He says.  "You look like it too."  I slap Maya on the arm questioning why she said that.  He lets us in and I see Andy sitting on the couch with the baby.

"How are you Andy?"  I ask.  "I'm okay."  She smiles not convincing anyone.  "So how is your little baby?"  Maya asks.  "He's good just doesn't like to sleep."  Andy says.  "And pukes a lot."  Sullivan adds making us all laugh.  "What's his name?"  I ask.  "His name is Matteo Luca Herrera-Sullivan."  Andy says.  "Awww that's so cute!"  Maya and I say.  We talk for another hour before going home to find Hazel and Vic playing firefighter. 

"What's going on here?"  Maya asks.  "We playing firefighter, I'm the firefighter and Auntie Vic is the fire."  Hazel says.  "Wow that sounds like a lot of fun bambina."  Carina smiles.  "Sorry about the mess we got a little carried away with being a firefighter."  Vic whispers.  "It's okay."  I say starting to pick up the toys laying all over the ground. 

"Did you guys find a house?"  Vic asks.  "We find a nice house that's modern and has 4 bedroom's.  We put an offer on it so we hopefully should hear back in a few weeks."  I say.  "That's amazing!"  Vic says.  "Well I should get going, I have hot plans tonight."  Vic smirks.  "Oooo okay!"  Maya and I both say.  Vic leaves and we all clean up the living room. 

"Did you have fun with Auntie Vic today?"  Maya asks Hazel.  "So much fun!"  She says  trying to shovel a ton of spaghetti in her mouth at once.  "Hazel."  I say rolling my eyes.  "What?"  She says with a full mouth.  "Take smaller bites little one I don't want you to choke."  Maya says.  We finish dinner and give Hazel a bath. 

We all watch a movie on the couch together as a family.  I look over to Hazel and Maya to see them fast asleep.  I quietly pick up Hazel and place her into her bed.  "Maya...hey Maya."  She opens her eyes.  "Do you want to come to bed?"  I ask.  "Yes."  She says tiredly.  I help her up from the couch and help her into her pajamas.

We get into bed falling asleep in each other's arms.
