Are those Wedding Bells I hear?!

P.S Giya says you have to play the music when Phoenix appears.

Adam had thought the most nerve-wracking thing he'd ever done was the entrance exam to culinary school but he realised how wrong he was as he stood at the front of the church hall with Avery beside him and waited for Phoenix to finally arrive.

What if Phoenix was having second thoughts about getting married?

He gulped and looked up at the Cross in front of him as he said a silent prayer. Avery chuckled patting his shoulder. "You're going to be fine."

He whispered to her. "Everyone's staring."

"Well, you are one of the grooms. You literally invited them to stare at you."

Adam chuckled as Avery adjusted the tie of his suit.

He stood there in his navy blue and gold wedding suit.

Avery wore a jumpsuit in matching colours.

Giya was sitting in a navy blue, beige and gold saree whilst playing with two-month-old baby Nirvana, as her mother, who Adam learnt was name Gita, scolded her for not sitting properly.

Adam had no idea how Giya was able to move as much as she did once he realised how it is worn and he had recently learnt that Giya and her mother were working towards fixing their relationship.

Adam smiled because he had never seen her as happy as she was in the past two months since the incident with Xalios.

Ray sat next to Giya talking to Grace whilst shaking a bottle of baby milk.

Adam saw Irene talking to Pedro and Martha who had been invited on behalf of Phoenix who had gotten to know them better whilst working with Giya. Even Phoenix's uncles had shown up with their families.

Even though wedding plans had gone on longer than anticipated, with many ups and downs, it all worked out in the end.

Music started playing and everyone looked at the entrance where Líla stood, wearing her flower girl dress and tiara matching Adam.

He tried to hold back a gasp, not having seen the dress until now since it was picked out by Grace and Avery.

She beckoned for someone to join her and Claudia hesitantly emerged. Líla took her hand as they both walked down the aisle. Everyone was awed as she gracefully walked down the aisle, head held high as she distributed the baby blue flower petals on the carpet. Once she reached the end, she blushed and ran up to Adam.

Everyone chuckled as he wobbled from the impact.

She held onto him as Mira, the maid of honour, took her position to walk down the aisle. She was about to take a step when the music suddenly changed. She frowned as the twins, a.k.a the ring bearers, entered and the music being played turned into 'Gimme, Gimme!' by ABBA and the crowd looked around in confusion as Adam stared at Avery.

She pointed at Giya.

Mira shrugged and followed after them as they made their way. The twins began dancing to the songs comedically as the chorus began as everyone cheered and danced along.

Adam hid his face behind his hands as Riyan stole the spotlight busting out his diva moves.

Gray stared at his brother who had obviously decided to go against the script. Gray slowly crept towards his Mira, who then carried him off and Ray quickly ran over and picked Riyan up. He glanced apologetically at Adam as everyone laughed a little.

Adam shook his head and then there was silence.

The music began and Adam recognised it immediately.

He looked up and Phoenix stepped into sight wearing his beige and gold suit with his navy blue tie.

Adam felt the breath leave him as he looked at his husband-to-be, holding his bouquet and smiled at Adam. The world melted away around Adam and Phoenix till it was the two of them.

Phoenix began to walk down the aisle and before Adam realised it, Phoenix was beside him and Ray was at the alter with the vows.

Riyan and Gray appeared with the rings.

The vows were a blur for Adam who couldn't take his eyes off Phoenix.

"Do you, Adda Wilhelm Morgenstern, take Phoenix to be your beloved husband no matter what the future holds?"

"I do," he said slipping the ring onto Phoenix's finger.

"And do you, Aiden Phoenix Eden, take Adam to be your husband no matter what the future holds?"

Phoenix grinned as he nodded staring into Adam's eyes. "I do." He slipped the ring on.

"Well, then it is my honour and greatest pleasure to announce you partners for life. Adam, welcome to the family, there's no turning back now. You may kiss your husband."

Adam pulled Phoenix toward him and their lips connected as the crowd cheered and clapped. He pulled and placed his forehead on Phoenix.

"I love you, Phoenix Eden."

"I love you too..." He smirked. "Adda Wilhelm Eden."

And thus it is time for the curtain to draw close as the story has officially ended.

With that said...

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to ALLLLLL the support and fans who have kept me going along the way. I haven't cried yet because in my mind I know I still have to re-edit the story but this is it, BOOK 2 of OUAE is officially over.

I really hope it lived up to your expectations and definitely want to see you in Book 3 and more to come.

Also, if you have read LILITH you would know that one of Giya's and Phoenix's favourite Movies is Pacific Rim (mentioned in Chapter 6 of Book 1) so I felt if Phoenix was going to walk down the aisle that's the song he would choose.

But hold on tight because we don't have to say goodbye just yet.
