POV: Roselia párkinsonI wonder if it will rain today?
Maybe I'll get struck by lightning.
I stare up at the clear blue sky, stuck in my own thoughts. A constant ringing in my ear.
"Rose...,
Rose...,
Rose..."
Maybe if I stare hard enough at the sky, something interesting will happen?
I doubt it.
My life isn't nearly interesting enough to become some romance story. Only beautiful, tall, skinny girls with a brain size of a walnut have those life's.
if I pray hard enough to every god in existence, then maybe I'll get reincarnated to one of them?
Nah, too much work.
"ROSELIA PÁRKINSON."
"Roselia párkinson isn't available at the moment, please leave your message at the beep." I deapan.
There is no beep.
"Very funny rose. I've been calling your name for the last 10 minutes. Why do you keep hiding out here on the roof anyways?"
What do people not get with 'I'm not available at the moment'? What a pain.
"Do you think it'll rain today? Or maybe an alien finally decided they'll kidnap me? Do mermaids exist?"
I want to be a mermaid.
"Rose, if that's really you there then blink three times for me."
I blink four times.
"Ok, so it is really you there. I thought you finally went insane for a second."
"Eve, when I have I not been insane?" I turn my head to see the short blonde with eyes serial killers would love to collect in their basement.
Their blue if you didn't get it.
"When have any of us not been insane? What even is the definition of insane?" My blonde friend asks lifting her head to see the blue sky, with a strong possibility of rain.
"Insanity: the state of being seriously mentally ill; madness. extreme foolishness or irrationality." I answer.
"Of course you know the definition of insanity, you human Siri." She sighs, finally deciding to join me on the cold concrete floor, despite summer being around the corner.
"Your welcome."
"Why do you even hide out here anyways?"
"Eve, this a daily question you ask, and I will give u the daily answer; I'm not hiding, I'm waiting for an alien to abduct me. I'm just making their life easier in the process of being here."
