I ran around my room trying to find an outfit for school, I had woken up late and barely had anytime to get ready now. I picked out a simple outfit and did my makeup and put my hair into loose braids and then ran out the door to Maddy's car.

When we got to school I walked to my locker, when I got there Lexi was waiting for me with Rue. I knew of Rue I had hung out with her a couple of times, but we are in two different groups at school, so I didn't see her a lot. I wasn't popular like Maddy I mean I had a lot of friends because of her, but I wasn't close to any of them. I smiled at them and opened my locker "I was almost fucking late cause Maddy turned off my alarm when it was going off instead of waking me up," I said putting my bag away and grabbing my books "oh," Lexi said not really knowing what to say to that.
We all made it to class, I went to the back with Lexi while Rue sat next to Jules, I didn't like Jules because she was leading Rue on and if I'm being honest I have liked Rue for quite sometime, but I was too scared to tell her. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my phone out of my pocket "Y/N you should just tell her," Lexi said, and I looked at her like she was dumb "that's not happening she likes Jules," I said looking back to my phone waiting for the teacher to start class. After a couple of minutes the teacher walked in "hello class, today we will be doing a partner project that will be due next week, and since the last project with partners didn't go well I will be picking them," she said, and groaning was heard all around the room. As she was naming people I was praying to for my partner to be Lexi, but when she finally said my name I froze "Y/N and Rue," I was so nervous, but just looked back and sent me a wink and Jules rolled her eyes at me. When I saw this I sent her a dirty look, Maddy taught me to not take shit from people so if Jules wants to be mad at me because I'm partnered with Rue then she can suck my dick. Once all the names got called out Rue came over to me with a smile and sat down "hey," she said looking at me "hi," I smiled pulling my computer out, so I could pull the assignment up.
Class was almost over now, so we were cleaning up our mess "if you want you can come over tonight, and we can work on this," I said, and picked my stuff up "sorry she has plans with me," Jules said coming up to us and I just rolled my eyes "Jules we can reschedule, it's one night," Rue said making me smile. Jules rolled her eyes as the bell rang and walked out "if it's really that big of a deal we can do it another day," I said walking out of class with her "nah, she will be fine," Rue said walking away from me with a wave. I smiled and walked to my locker "look bitch I don't know what you are doing to Rue, but she is mine," Jules said walking up to me "bitch last time I checked you are leading Rue on with that bitch from the city," I said, and looked at Maddy who was walking up to me "I'm not leading Rue on you bitch," she said, and got close to me "yo! What the fuck get out of my sisters face," Maddy said pushing her back. "Are you really that mad over a fucking project?" I asked putting my things in my locker, by now Rue was walking over and looked at us confused "Jules are you really starting things over a project?" Rue asked leaning against the lockers "no, I'm starting stuff because obviously you like her, since when do you care about school?" she said being the dramatic bitch she is.
After the whole fight thing Rue ended up pulling Jules to her next class after she tried to slap me. I walked out of the school with Maddy not wanting to be there anymore, so she was going to take me home. I wasn't a person who liked to fight because of our parents it isn't my favorite thing to do, but I'm not a bitch so if it came down to that then I would. When we got back to the house she dropped me off and then went back to school since she has already missed a lot of school. I wad laying in my bed when I got a call from Rue "hey," I said picking up the phone "hey, um how are you feeling?" she asked, and I smiled "I'm good I just don't like fighting and she kind of just came at me," I said hearing her sigh on the other side of the phone "I'm leaving school want me to come over?" she asked making my cheeks warm up "yeah I would like that," I smiled and hung up the phone.
When she got here we sat on my bed watching some shitty TV show. I was focused on the screen, but I noticed Rue looking at me out of the corner of my eye. "Yes?" I asked, and could see her cheeks warm up "nothing you are just really beautiful," she said making me smile "so are you Rue," I said moving closer to her. She wrapped her arm around me "what about Jules?" I asked looking up at her "like you said she is just leading me on," she said looking back at me and putting her hand on my cheek "I've liked you for as long as I can remember Y/N" she said, and I smiled putting my hand on top of hers "I like you too," I said, and she kissed me gently "will you be my girlfriend?" she asked when she pulled back "of course Rue," I said, and cuddled back into her chest watching the movie.
