Miles is a transgender man who has fully transitioned, but there are discussions around surgery (both top and bottom), hormones and gender dysphoria. Equally, Kay is a non-binary person who follows similar themes of discussion, but they haven't been able to make the changes they want to their body so there are some discussions around dysphoria and binding.
