they should be free I've seen bads anywhere from 3-10 dollars and I'm like jesus christ you expect a family of 4 to do with no steady income I know i'm still able to be supplied with these products but imagine how many people are near homeless living off of food stamps and not being able to get feminine products because it is not labeled a necessity -Jinx
