Sunshine, sweat, sparkling
Something you can't quite capture in a bottle
She's a golden retriever in the shape of a human
A sparkler setting off on a hot summer night
She's campfire and friendship and fire crackers
She's fizz and home-baked cookies and chaos
All rolled into one kind, gorgeous person
ELectric, VIbrant, NAtural
That's just off the top of my head
My best friend and partner in crime
You know you mean the world to me
So take this poem as a cherry on top
And not the whole birthday cake ;)
