You and Seokmin had been dating for 4 years and revealed your relationship 2 years ago. Surprisingly, the majority of the fans took the news well, most carats having a liking towards your chill and nice personality. Of course, there were haters at the beginning, but with your cute relationship being publicized so often, it turned into a situation that had carats begging for you both to get married.

However, despite the curiosity surrounding your relationship, Carats always gave you both privacy from the beginning. After all, you shared a lot with the media about your relationship so Dispatch had really nothing to "reveal" or report on.

Even though you weren't married yet, you still appeared on Going Seventeen, Inside Seventeen, and even joined them on some of their tours in support from backstage. And of course, all members had humongous liking toward you. Even had you not been their co-member's girlfriend, your sunshine personality allowed you to interact perfectly with the group of 13.

So basically, the media and everyone else thought you were the perfect couple; and you were. But this wasn't enough for Seokmin. He wanted to give you the world and knowing you were giving hints of marriage, his goal was to propose as soon as possible.

He had been preparing for months and it was finally the weekend he would ask you. Seokmin managed to secretly plan everything to be set during the time just after their comeback permitting little to no worry about his work and letting him spend all his time on you. Not like he didn't give all of his attention to you on the daily though.

As he formulated the perfect proposal, his mind went to your conversation only a few months prior. You'd stated that you wanted to get proposed to in private and on the beach seeing as it had been yours and Seokmin's favorite date location ever since your first date. For him, the location didn't matter much, your happiness was really all he cared about and he would do anything to make sure you were far more than content.

DK had first surprised you with a mini vacation to a hotel, just the two of you. Well, as far as you knew. The rest of Seventeen was also there but instead residing at another hotel, making sure to give you both your much-needed privacy. Even though exactly what they were doing was in fact, invading your privacy.

I bought you this darling, wear it and meet me in the lobby at 6:00 pm. Love you to the moon and back <3

A smile grew on your face as you read the note set on your dresser. You had just woken up from a nap and noticed your boyfriend gone, but a light pink bag on your nightstand which you immediately went to investigate,

As you opened the bag, inside it was revealed a beautiful white dress, one of the most flowy and majestical you had ever seen. A part of you began thinking about the price though immediately dismissed those thoughts. In your earlier stages of being in a relationship, you often found yourself guilty about how much money Seokmin spent on you. However, with his constant reassurance, you began doing even more for him in other aspects, allowing the initial guiltiness to not bother you much anymore.

You smiled and blushed at his gesture, eventually going to get yourself ready, noticing that the time was 5:00 and you had only an hour until 6:00.

You did a few excited spins in the bathroom mirror, satisfied with your outfit. Even with simply seeing the dress hung up, you could already see the vision and feel a sense of pride that your boyfriend had learned so well. Even just by being friends with you, his fashion improved drastically and it made you happy just how much he now understood your style. After snapping one more photo, you grabbed your necessities, put them in your purse, and excitedly rushed down to the hotel lobby.

It was 6:01 and as soon as you walked into the lobby, you saw Seokmin. You couldn't even explain how good he looked and apparently,  he felt the same. Upon glancing at you, his mouth immediately dropped, love dripping from his gaze.

You excitedly walked over to him, trying to hide your blushing face in the process.

"You look...stunning I-" He began with a clearly speechless and slightly embarrassed expression due to his stutter. He hated stuttering, but he simply couldn't help himself in your presence.

You smiled at his shy exclamation. Although the two of you had been in a long-term relationship, Seokmin never ceased being the shy boy you met at the convenience store 6 years ago. Back then, Seokmin was a freshly debuted Idol, and you only just beginning your stylist career. Who could have known this is where you both would end up?

"Shall we get going?"

"Of course!"

Seokmin led you towards a place you hadn't visited before, despite your curious hotel self-tour the moment you'd arrived. Your curiosity was killing you, but you trusted him knowing he would take you somewhere lovely; he always did.

The two of you conversed casually on the way there, talking about anything and everything, allowing you to continue being completely oblivious to the upcoming event. It also just so happened that you were unaware of the 12 people (who were supposed to be giving you both privacy) watching the whole scene go down.
