Eunji POV
Later that day, dismissal came as we walked to our apartment, we still haven't muttered a word to each other.
We already changed to comfy clothes and ate dinner with the silence that surrounds us.
"so we're not gonna talk the whole night?" I started, leaning my shoulder to the doorframe
Jaemin is already laying in other bed scrolling through his phone.
"no, you know you can't ignore me" he answered before putting his phone down
"huh" I scoffed
Jaemin patted the side of the bed so I lay beside him using his arms as a pillow and putting my arm around his waist.
We're comfortable and fine about it, we're actually sharing the bad for almost a year already. I mean, probably days after the wedding.
Since we've came from friends to something, it's kinda awkward at first but still we manage to ignore it.
"I'm sorry about earlier, I acted like a kid" I started the conversation
"yeah, you pissed me off with that"
"hey~ aren't we supposed to settle things up?"
"oh right"
"sorry if I raised my voice on you" he said as I nodded
"and then?"
"there's more?"
"you scold me like a lot"
"well, you deserve that"
"no!" I exclaimed putting my head up
"yes, because you go there alone, you should have atleast bring me with you so you have someone strong"
"strong huh? really? I doubt that"
"I defeated you with combat lots of times" he replied before pulling me back next to him
"yeah, sure" I sarcastically replied making both of us giggle
After that, there is seconds of silence, not the uncomfortable but the peaceful one.
He then speak again after minutes
"you know why I got angry right?"
I can't let you get hurt" he lastly said before sealing it with forehead kisses
"so we're good?" I asked as I feel him nodded
"are we gonna sleep already?"
"do you have something in mind?" I asked
"help me with a task"
"too tired for that" I replied before turning to the other side of the bed
"eunji!" he suddenly got up making my head fall to the matress
"you know you can lay it slowly" I replied while looking for a pillow with my hand
"please just this time" he pleaded
"what is it all about?"
"I need to take a photo for the school newspaper"
"but you already had your turn, right?"
"yeah, the administrator like it so he asked me if I can take one for the next week"
"so where are you planning to take it?"
"at the cliff"
"oohhh~ night view?"
