Saving the universe

THE DOOR

“Yawn'' I sat up in my bed and threw my feet off the side of my bed, I sat there for a while staring at myself in the mirror on the other side of my room, I sat there despising my body, I hated my long brown hair, I hated my brown eyes and long lashes, but I mostly hated how feminin my body is. I got up and put my hair in a low ponytail. I put on my binder and an oversized jumper. I grabbed my black ripped jenes and two chains to clip onto the side. “Growl” my stomach growled at me, I ran to my kitchen and made a sandwich. “God, I need to go food shopping today!” I yelled knowing I live alone so knowone will care. I looked upstairs and it looked longer than usual. I took a deep breath and started my gerni to the top. I was about half way up when I could see a door at the top.

I bilt up the energy to run upstairs, I was standing in front of the door, I put my hand out and twisted the handle and before I knew it I was standing in front of a place I didn't recognise. That's when I saw a creature with long shaggy white hair and huge feet run past. I slammed the door shut and started running full speed down the stairs. “Crack” I heard the door open. I turned around and there was… a boy, I stared in confusion, it was a tall blond boy and he had a weird mask on that covered his eyes. I stared at him for a little longer and then my body started walking towards the door. I tried to stop myself but I had no control over my body. Before I knew it i was in this weird place with this boy, I tried to run towards the door releasing I had control of my body again. 

I was so close to the door but it slammed shut before i got to it, I started banging on the door and trying to pull it open but it was no use. It disappeared and I was stuck here. I fell straight to the floor and couldn’t help but cry. I felt a warm hand on my back and I surprisingly started to calm down. I finished crying and got up to see that the hand belonged to the boy. I ran with everything I have and realised that this forest was dark and endless so I climbed a tree till I could think of something. I sat there thinking about what I could do but I couldn’t, I was in a place I have never seen with my only way out disappearing right in front of me. I closed my eyes and thought it was all some word dream and I would wake up at home. 

I opened my eyes to see a fireplace and I was curled up on a couch. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and thanked god it was all just a weird dream. I looked around and saw this isn't my home, I tried to get up but something pulled me back down. I looked down to see that the boy was asleep and he was HUGGING ME, what in the world is happening. I couldn't get up so all I could do was wait. I realised that his hugs were so nice and comforting so I just hugged him back and everything went black. I opened my eyes again to see that the boy was gone and I just remembered I slept in my BINDER, one of the only rules but I think that is the least of my problems. I got up and decided to look around when I found the kitchen. I saw the boy. He was just standing there and he looked cuter than I expected. He had short fluffy hair, green eyes, and was super tall but so kind. I screamed in shock as he turned to look at me “do you need something?” he asked  in a soft voice “i'm sorry but why am I here?” I whispered.

He explained that it was my destiny to save this universe called Snaria and stop the war by slaying the creatures that have invaded this land. I was trying to process what he had just told me when “bang” a huge emoster crashed a huge hole in the wall. I tried to run but the boy stopped me and told me it was my job to stop him. I knew I wouldn't be able to do anything but I ran towards him anyway. I was so scared but I had to do it while running, a sword appeared in my hand and the next thing I knew he was dead. 

I was shocked and excited but the boy didn't look surprised at all i didnt know why but then I remembered it was my job to save the world and I know I will do it.
