Chapter 43: She's Pretending

I was in deep thought when Baekhyun snapped his fingers in front of me.

"Hey... Are you okay Dyo?" He asked me with worries on his face

"Me? O-of course.." I answered in a cracking voice..

"I see.. Anyways, did you see Lyn? Hana noona will announce something tonight.. I hope it would be exciting.." I saw the excitement in Baek's face but I can't be excited knowing that Lyn is not yet around.. I just shrugged.

Chanyeol came around us wondering his eyes. "Did you see Lyn? I've been looking for her around but no sign.. I'm starting to worry.. I hope she's safe" I stared at his weary face. You really like her... And I hope she's safe too..

Baek and I shook our head and Chanyeol left bringing Sehun with him.

Just then I heard Hana noona speak.. "Where is Shin Hye Rin? This announcement should be announced tonight..."

"Noona.. Just say it to us.. and we'll tell Lyn.. I really want to go to bed now..Look at the time.. If only I can turn back time like.." Tao mumbled with a sleepy face.

Yeah.. it's almost 1 a.m and we haven'd had sleep yet. I can see the tiredness in my co-members' faces and even I but the worries in my mind are keeping me awake.

"Me too.. I need to charge my power.." Lay hyung added.

All of us turned our eyes to him..

"Hey.. I'm a healing unicorn,remember? " He defended.

And we just stared at him.

"I understand you Oppa ;) We understand you ^_^" Namji responded with guts. I heard Hwangjae smirked.

"We can't have this announcement without the present of our Music Mentor.. She's an important part of it..right Hana noona?" Suho hyung interrupted.

Hana noona nodded.

"Suho's right.. we know that you guys are sleepy but let's wait for her.. " Umin hyung spoke politely. That's our hyung.

"Namji-ssi.. Did Lyn tell you where she goes? You're with her earlier.." Chen hyung asked Namji who's now biting her nails. What's wrong with her?

"W-we were talking earlier but she suddenly went out.. " She's stuttering. Did she know that it will happen?..

"Actually, the four of us: Me, Dyo, Namji and Lyn had a funny conversation minutes ago but then she just went outside saying she needed some fresh air.." Baek added.

"You knew where she went? Why didn't you tell us?" Hana noona had a loud voice..

"I thought you knew? She passed here.. Didn't you see her?" He responded.

"I was talking to Mrs. Jisoo at that time.." Hana immediately gave her reason.

"Tao and I were playing video games at that time.. right Tao?" Kai reasoned out poking Tao beside him.

"Yah.. right, we didn't notice her.." He's like mumbling again.

"I can't even remember where I am at that time.. maybe cooking?"

"You were eating with me Lay.. at the dining room.." Umin hyung supported Lay hyung..

"I was the one who is cooking at that time.. Umin hyung and Lay hyung ate all the food I prepared.." Chen uttered facing at Umin hyung and Lay hyung who stayed silent.

The last person who didn't speak is Hwangjae. With crossed-arm she stood up and drunk some water. All eyes on her.

"How about you Jae? Did you see our Lyn?" Baek asked sarcastically.

She finished drinking water and spoke.

"Nope.. I didn't.. but I'm sure she's not coming back. You're waiting for nothing guys.." With eyebrows raised she sat on the couch beside Tao.

Namji was about to respond when Chanyeol and Sehun came..

"Did you find her?" Hana noona asked.

"I can't find her in the garden.." Sehun answered.

"I checked all the studios, cafe and the sports area but she's nowhere to find.." Chanyeol answered in a panting voice.

" Eottoke? Lyn.. Where are you..?" Namji's about to cry now..

'Where is she now? How long did it take them to talk..'

"I told you.. she's not coming back.." Hwangjae inserted.

"Who's not coming back..?" We turned our head to the owner of the voice..

"LYN-AAAAAAAAHHH" Namji ran to her and hug her tightly..

" Where have you been Lyn..? Chanyeol walked closer to her and asked.

" I just bought something warm outside ;) " Lyn answered with a smile..

I know what you're feeling right now Lyn but a smile is your best protector.

I saw Hwangjae walked out.. But nobody cared..

"So.. since Shin Hye Rin is here.. I'll make the announcement short.. I pity you guys especially Tao and.. Lay.. " Hana noona started when everyone was seated.

" Tomorrow.. you will start your composing your NEW ALBUM.."

Everyone didn't move a muscle.. Blinked their eyes and swallowed their salivas..

" You're not trolling right?" Chen, the troll-god, asked.

"Of course not.. at this time of the day?" Hana responded and smirked.

Everyone were still shocked.

"That serves another CELEBRATION!!!" Namji shouted.. and then all of us began shouting..

Lyn smiled while hugging Namji...

I smiled as well..

'I hope you're really fine Lyn.'

And we had another celebration..

(A/N) This is short guys.. I used the PC in making this and I'm not comfortable but at least I made it ;) As promised.. I still need to buy a new phone to continue the next chapters.. I won't promise to have it on Monday.. but I'm hoping ;)
