I was laying on my bed watching "The Soup" when my dad walked in my room . This has been a tough week for my family because my mom was diagnosed with Cancer and in the hospital .
"Hey Rider, I have some bad news"
My heart sunk to the bottom of my stomach knowing the words that were about to come out of his mouth .
"Yeah dad" I let out a sigh. .
"Your mom , err- shes been given two to three months to live . I'm so sorry sweetie ."
At that point I couldnt breath . I sighed again and let the tears roll down my face . My dad sat on my bed and held me tight . After anout ten minutes of sobbing he went to make dinner . I knew that this week was going to be horrible with the bullying and my mom in the hospital . I took a deep breath and went down stairs to eat with my dad .
