It was a quiet day in the northern pack. Yeonjun meditated in his room, focused on linking with his wolf, wanting to be able to talk to him and listen to him while he was at peace and with nothing else to do at the moment.

Since birth Yeonjun had been a more developed pup than the others, he was always the biggest wolf pup and the most rebellious as well. Being the eldest child he inherited the alpha genes from both his parents making him a true alpha. Although not being able to control his wolf wasn't his fault since when he was in his wolf form his wolf completely controlled him.

Over time and the years he was able to have more control over himself, but it was hard since his wolf was huge, strong and even for him to this day it was difficult to control it at times. For this same reason he tried not to make his wolf angry at him and he always treated him in a good way.

This is why, Yeonjun lived in a house away from his pack, there he had space to be able to shift into a wolf whenever he wanted and explore the area without the need to interact with other shapeshifters.

His calmness was interrupted by the sound of the door to his room opening.

Yeonjun opened his eyes and looked at the intruder. It was Warg Remi, one of his younger brothers. The youngest bowed before entering the room of his older brother and then showed him a paper that he had in his hand.

"Sorry to bother you alpha but I came to inform you about a serious problem that is happening at the moment"

Yeonjun watched his brother intently, Remi was a young alpha, around 17 y.o, a little bit shorter than him, about 175cm tall, with a slim build but broad shoulders, straight blonde hair and honey-colored eyes.

Remi handed him the paper and Yeonjun realized that it wasn't just a piece of paper he was carrying but a newspaper.

Yeonjun raised an eyebrow as he read the information on the cover.

"There is multiple fights going on between vampires and shapeshifters recently, and there are many who think that this will end in war if this is not resolved soon and that is not good hyung, you know it" the younger one opened his eyes surprised at what he had said and then covered his mouth with both hands "I apologize for that"

Yeonjun shook his head then smiled at him with closed lips "we're alone and I'm your older brother, it's ok for you to call me hyung, Remi"

"But, you are our leader, it's disrespectful to call you by such a low title"

"Remi, I have already told you several times that when we are with family and alone you can call me hyung, you are my brother, you don't need to be so formal all the time"

Remi was quiet for a second, thinking, and then he nodded.

"Leaving the family issue aside, we should do something as a pack to stop the conflict with the vampires, maybe if we pay a visit to the leader of the southeast pack and discuss with them, we can reach an agreement and get some help from them" Remi began fiddling with his fingers nervously.

Yeonjun watched his actions warily and crossed his arms "Remi, why did you specifically mention the southeast pack, did you do something that I don't know about?"

"I....no, of course not, I swear"

"I don't believe you, I'm the pack leader and your older brother and I know you, I know you're hiding something from me, spit it out now"

Seeing that he had no choice, Remi reached into his pants pocket, pulled out an envelope from ot, and handed it to Yeonjun.

Yeonjun ripped the letter open and read it to himself. Not a second later the letter fell from his hands to the cold floor

"Remi, for the love of the moon goddess, why did you do this without consulting me before?!"

"I'm so sorry hyung, I couldn't stay idly after watching the news and hearing that many died from pointless fights and I know it was wrong but I acted impulsively and sent the letter before I could fully come to my senses"

"You should have mentioned it to me before sending a letter of accommodation in the southeast in two days. We live far away, it is impossible for us to arrive on time"

"If we take the intercontinental train and then continue on foot, surely we can get there in two days" encouraged Remi

Yeonjun sighed heavily and ruffled his younger brother's hair.

"You're impossible, but I can't get mad at you so that's fine, you win, gather the rest of the Warg and call the sub-leaders of the pack. We'll be leaving in a few hours"
