Step... Step... Step... CRASH!
An unbearable action was made. A car crashed into a man as the traffic light was red, meaning; stop. A girl witnessed the action and immediately rushed over to the man as she looked up the the traffic light, then to the man. "Hey! You were meant to stop!" She yelled angrily as she was worried. The driver seemed unhurt so he drove away in guilt. The girl dialed the police and soon after, it arrives.
"Get him on a stretcher! Hurry!" A policeman said. "He's losing too much blood!."
"What's his status?!" Another asked.
"He was run over by a car and hit his head causing the bleeding. He's possibly unconscious from the hit, I can't tell because he's not really moving but he still looks in p-pain!" Someone answered.
"Get your answers straight! Even if you're still training, you should know!" The faint yelling was heard as the girl who called the ambulance was pushed away by the police.
"Don't you need to question me?!" The Girl asked as she shouted but the was continued to be pushed away at the nosy crowed and she scraped her knee in result. She stood up and sighed as she walked away from the accident site.
"People are so rude these days." She stopped walking and looked at her scraped knee and rubbed it's area for comfort. Later on, she reached her house. "I'm home!" She yelled. "Not like anyone would welcome me back..." She mumbled. Later on, she mustered up the courage to report the face of the man earlier to the police station. She arrived there and..."Name?" A police officer asked.
"Caile Mcathon." Cailie answered.
"Reason?" The man continued asking.
"I cam here because I witnessed a crime earlier and I saw the culprit's face. It was around 4 pm?" She hesitated to answer as she thought about the time.
"And what's that going to do? Catch the culprit for us?" The man scoffed.
"It would help you..." She mumbled.
"It will show you who it is so you could see who did it." She added. She was going to talk more until the door opened revealing another police officer who was soaked in water."Hey! Wellers! Look at this girl, she keeps pushing, that faces would help us catch the culprit of a crash case we already closed!" The rude officer said as he laughed. The other one laughed hesitantly and nervously. "What? You feel sympathy for this girl? Get 'outta here!" The officer said.
"U-u-uh... Yes Sir!" He said as he leaned upwards to not let the box he was holding, fall. He then walked away and Cailie sighed. She also walks away from the police station and looks at the sky. As she felt miserable.
"Why is life this unfair, I heard that--that man died on spot because of the trainee panicking." She said as she rolled her eyes. She looked around to see a bench, walked to it and sat on it.
THUNDER
She was startled as rain started falling from the sky, luckily the bench was under a roof. "Wow... This seems like a cliché movie where when you're sad, the sky's sad." She said as she chuckled at her words. "Why can't life be like the cartoons we watched as a kid. Why can't it be as easy as what kids dream before they get crushed by reality. The weak becomes strong, the strong becomes weak... The bad gets karma and the good gets blessings..." Cailie continued to ramble until she heard a chuckle.
"You're right, this seems like a cliché moment." She heard a voice say, she turned around to where the sound came from and at her right she saw the police officer from earlier, the one that came in soaked.
"You're from earlier! When did you get here?! Don't come near me!" Cailie said as she stood up, causing her to get wet from. The rain. The man chuckled at her reaction.
