Okay my brief take on the show as always...
Seeing Nautanki Gundi Akshu made me think of my Hum Tum wali Akshu! Absolutely loved Gundi Akshu and her Whistle Gang (minus 🧹 ofc - again no offence if you like her)
Scared Abhi was adorable. Once again nothing scares Abhi like Akshu does and today is the day he finally realized what he was actually getting himself into🤣🤣 But he should not have eaten the Sweet Potato dish! It was sweet of him but also kind of stupid for a doc. Mahima and Shefali please leave. Neil awesome as always💖 special credit to Vansh for making HC look like a baby🤣

As for this OS. Technically it's the part 2 to Fears and Regrets (Hospital Bench conversation) but guess it could be read alone?

"Akshu, kaha le jha rahi ho? Mujhe Bade Papa ko ek baar check karna hai." Abhi pulled Akshu to a stop by the reception desk.

Akshu smiled lovingly at him as she wondered how she got so lucky to find a man as wonderful and caring as Abhimanyu Birla. His heart was so full of love to give, even to those who at times didn't deserve it.

"Aise kya dekh rahi ho?" He asked while pushing back the strands of hair that had made their way onto her face.

"Kuch nahi. Acha tum jao, main ek kaam karke  thodi dher mein wahi aati hu." Akshara said as she pushed him into the elevator and continued to stare at him until the doors closed.

Turning around, she placed her hands on her hips and smiled with determination.

"Chal Akshu! Kaam per lag jha!"

20 minutes later...

Akshara reached Bade Papa's room just as Abhi had walked out.

"Main abhi aaya hmm?" Abhi said before walking over to the nurses station.

Akshara stood by the door and peaked through the window. Slowly her smile widened and her eyes filled with tears. Looks like this roller coaster of a day still had some more twists and turns she thought as her heart filled with joy.

"Akshu? Kya hua? Tum thik toh ho?" Abhi frowned noticing her tears.

Akshara let out a little airy laugh as she wiped her tears and began pulling him to his office.

"Akshu batao na! Kya hua? Ro kyun rahi thi? Aur yahan kyun laye ho?" Abhi asked again wondering if something had gone wrong again.

Stopping in front of his door, Akshara turned to face him. Holding both his hands in hers, she looked at him and sighed happily.

"Sab thik hai. Itna pareshaan hone ki zaroorat nahi hai. Tum na sawal bahot karte ho! Pehle andar toh chalo!" She opened the door and walked a couple of steps in before turning around to catch his reaction.

Abhi stood frozen right at the door frame. His dark office glowed dimly from the light of what looked like fake candles and fairy lights hung around the room. The table by his couch, held one candle surrounded by 2 covered plates and 2 drinks. He looked around with wonder before his gaze fell back on her, filled with awe and love.

Akshara smiled and nodded towards the watch.

"Valentines Day ko khatam hone mein abhi 45 minutes hai aur aaj khushiyan manane ke bahot saare wajah mili hai humein nahi?"

Abhi continued to gaze at her without blinking as he walked straight to her. Standing in front of her, he held both her hands.

"Acha? Mujhe bhi batao aur kya kya celebrate kar rahe hai hum?"
