RM's POV

I placed my hand on the edge of the landing, pulling myself up before finally rolling onto the landing and laying on my back to rest for a few seconds. I sat up and looked over the edge, reaching my hand out for Jin.

"Come on, take my hand, I got you." I said.

Jin looked up at me and reached out his hand quickly, grabbing my hand and pulling himself up with both his strength and my strength put together. Once he was on the landing, he both standing on the ground to catch our breath.

We were covered from head to toe with mud and had scrapes, cuts, and bruises from climbing up the hill. We had sharp rocks falling on us, we had to climb through thorn bushes a few times, and we scraped up our arms and legs pretty badly.

But in the end, we made it.

We rested for a few minutes and then got up, fixing ourselves before finally looking at the woods that lead us right to the hideout.

The rain destroyed our ear pieces, so there was no way for us to communicate with the others, so we had to assume that everything was okay and not panic.

It was extremely dark, almost pitch black. The only light we had was the moonlight that was shining over us. I pulled out my flashlight and tried to turn it on, but of course, the rain destroyed that too.

"I should've listened to you when you said to get the waterproof flashlights." I said.

"Mhm, I told you so." He said.

I looked around and looked up at the moon. "Well good thing that the moon is out tonight, we'll just have to depend on that for now." I said before looking into the woods. "Just stay close to me and we'll be fine." I added before making my way into the woods, Jin following right behind me.

After an hour of trying to walk through the woods with very little moonlight, we could see the hideout. From the looks of it, the others did what they were told, seeing dead bodies everywhere.

Being shocked and surprised was an understatement.

"They really did it." I said before stepping forward and looking around. As I kept walking, I saw someone slowly crawling on the ground, a blood trail right behind him. I saw the red bandana and knew it was one of the Red Mafia members. I walked over to him and stood in front of him, so he could crawl any further. The man looked up and saw me, instantly started crying.

"P-Please...P-Please don't kill me." He said between sobs. "I-I have a daughter, s-she just turned one, I-I have to be there for her." He said between sobs.

I slowly lifted my gun up and just looked at him. "I would say this isn't personal, but sadly, it is." I said before pulling the trigger, the bullet entering the man's head. I shot him three more times to make sure he was dead, then looked back at Jin.

"Lets keep going." I said before I continued walking over dead bodies.
