𝐁𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕
I felt myself jolt awake at the sound of yelling. Everyone was running and screaming. I saw Yelenas face in front of me but I couldn't make out any words. "Bek get up! Get up! We need to get out of here!" I could see the lights and hear the helicopters, WCKD was coming for us. I need to get everyone out and quickly. If we were to make it to the right arm I needed Brenda and Jorge alive plus my friends, especially my friends. I didn't care what happened to me as long as everyone got out and could make it to the right arm. So I sucked up my pride and just like I promised I did everything Jorge instructed of me.
I could hear yelena screaming at me the entire time telling me I was making mistake after mistake.

When we made it out, surprisingly safely I might add, we all stopped to rest for a moment. We didn't have long but it was enough for me to close my eyes for a rest.

When I opened them again I saw walls made of stone and covered in ivy. I heard laughter and chatting, the voices of boys. I couldn't recall how I got here but I remember being here for weeks. I could smell food being cooked and fires being started. I continued walking hoping to find some kind of exit. I wasn't watching where I was going and clearly neither was the boy I ran into. He looked down at me confused and I couldn't blame him this didn't seem to be the kind of place you meet people. Once he registered that he was standing in front of a girl he grabbed my arm and dragged me down the twisted halls. I was too exhausted to fight back and he seemed to pose no threat so I let it happen.

Once we arrived at his desired location I soon noticed we had come to a split in the rock leading to a glade. I don't know why I called it that but i did. That's when I heard them the boys they all came running shouting to the others "MINHO FOUND A GIRL!" I laughed at their reaction I had never seen boys so excited about anything. They all welcomed me with open arms teaching me their ways. They gave me hope. Hope of freedom and joy.

After a few days of being there I had made many friends. I danced in the rain one afternoon with a little boy named chuck. He was sweetest little thing. We giggled and danced begging the other boys to join us but they didn't. They watched on. One boy in particular stared on with a grumpy look. His name I remembered as Gally. I liked him, he was tough. Before long the rain stopped and we all returned back to work. I had grown fond of my job in the med jack hut. It wasn't long before I felt my whole body shaking that's when I felt my eyes open, this time for real.

I looked around noticing I was right back where I had fallen asleep. Somehow I had ended up with my head in minho's lap but I didn't mind. I wiped my eyes hoping to erase the glade from my mind but I couldn't. The glade was stuck there.
