NSFW features the dirty/smut, or sexual behavior, it stands for not safe for work, or don't read me out in public or else a persons going to think your fucked up. SFW cutesy lovey stuff, and stands for safe for work or awww that's a cute thing your reading. Ok I think I clarified that enough.
