Prologue

Ana was looking up at the sky. They were lying on the campus roof of Harding-Pencroft Academy. The night was cold and clear. Perfect for stargazing outside.
Ana was looking up at the stars as she said "Do you ever wonder what's beyond this galaxy?" Dev was lying next to her on the blanket as he replied "Well... I haven't really thought much about it." She looked at him curiously. "Why?" Dev glanced at her. "There is still so much unknown about the earth we are in. So I never really considered what the outside of earth is like." "Oh."
There was a moment of silence. Long enough for a shooting star to pass over head. She sat up excitedly as she exclaimed "Look! A shooting star! Let's make a wish!" Dev tilted his head at her. "Do you believe shooting stars can grant wishes?" "No, but it dose't hurt to try."
A smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. "So Ana banana, what are you going to wish for?" Ana looked at the sky again. "Maybe world peace? What about you Dev?" Dev thought about it for a moment. "For our family to be together."
