Delilah finally looked away from his captivating eyes, She felt her stomach twist just from the sight of him, yes they broke up a year ago but it was the small things like that, that brought all the memories back. Yes he was only looking into her deep blue eyes but it was those eyes that would draw her in when the simplest 'I love you' was said. So what if it wasn't true? She believed it.

Delilah eyes met the girls she slowly began to recognise the girl, she knew she had seen her somewhere she juts couldn't pin point where so she didn't give it another thought, she put on her best smile straightened out her dress and made her way over to the eldest Cameron daughter.

"heyyyy Lilah!!" blonde greeted pulling the brunette into a hug"heyyyy!! Omg what did I miss this year?! You need to fill me in!!" The brunette questioned with a genuine smile "wonderful to see you Leah" 𝑊𝑎𝑟𝑑 greeted lilah's mother before shaking hands with her father as her mother greeted 𝑅𝑜𝑠𝑒. After everyone had shared a quick hello the 𝑅𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑛'𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐶𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑟𝑜𝑛'𝑠 headed to there table where Delilah sat between the to Cameron girls with 𝑅𝑎𝑓𝑒 and his little 𝐵𝑙𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑒 sat opposite. "Lilah!" The girl with a big smile stretched across her face. "hey wheez how've you been!" Delilah asked giggling "fantastic! What about you" the smaller girl replied "yeah I'm good wheez' but you girls need to tell me what I've missed this year!"

Wheezie shot her brother a look that looked like it read "𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑘𝑛𝑒𝑤 𝐿𝑖𝑙𝑎 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑠𝑜 𝑤ℎ𝑦 𝑏𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑏𝑙𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑒" it was clear that the youngest Cameron didn't like whoever this blonde girl was. Wheezie was well aware of the relationship, everyone was.

Delilah was Grateful for wheezie she saw wheezie has the little sister she never had, yes Delilah had Sarah and the pogues and a few kook friends she had made at the country club she could talk to but for some reason a 13 𝑦𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑜𝑙𝑑 𝑔𝑖𝑟𝑙 understand Delilah more than lilah did herself, she could tell wheezie anything and not have to worry about her secrets getting spilled, Delilah understand wheezie and wheezie understand Delilah.

Lilah was always there for both Cameron girls just like they where for her. 𝑊𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝐶𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑠 voice snapped her out of her thoughts something about thanking her family or whatever for coming to dinner lilah simply didn't care, but she put on a smile and continued her conversation with the Cameron girls untill 𝑅𝑜𝑠𝑒 mentioned 𝑅𝑎𝑓𝑒's plus-one, that immediately got Delilah's attention.

Delilah looked up and just so happed to meet ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑒𝑦𝑒𝑠 already on her she held eye contact with the boy for about 3 seconds before quickly looking over to Rose who introduced the girl to the Raven's her name was 𝐴𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟 ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑡 that's when it clicked lilah had seen the girl at a few party's last summer it was obvious she was just another rich kid, Lilah had seen her a few times at the party's sat around the table with little neat white lines and rolled up bills where 𝑅𝑎𝑓𝑒 usually was. It wasn't untill the girls voice shook lilah out of her thoughts.

"hi I'm Amber, you?" She questioned looking Lilah
up and down before giver her a look that screamed 𝑚𝑎𝑗𝑜𝑟 𝑏𝑖𝑡𝑐ℎ Lilah had to physically bite her tongue not to make a snarky comment to the girl so she went with it and ignored the look "lovely to meet you Amber, I'm Delilah."

The look of realisation hit the blonde but was soon covered up by a smile as she continued to make small talk to the girl it was clear the Cameron girls had met Amber since there was no effort in introducing themselves. "So Delilah, such a pretty name by the way! How are you" the blonde smiled it was clear Amber didn't want to talk to the girl any more than Delilah had to talk to her but Delilah wanted to make this conversation as long as possible just to piss off 𝐴𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟 so that's exactly what she did "thank you Amber!" She said with a big sarcastic smile that Rafe clearly knew was fake from a smirk Stretched across his face obviously liking the small bitchy attitude being thrown around but Delilah didn't want to give him to attention he was clearly after.

"I'm good what about yourself" she asked talking a sip from the glass she was now holding "good yeah ive been very well thank you, so do you have anything planned for the summer" the blonde replied "not sure, just aiming for a nice chilled summer with some friends. what about you anything big planed ?" She asked still smiling, the Cameron girls where starting to let onto what Lilah was doing since she wouldn't usually go into to much detail to anyone else simply because she hated small talk.

"Me and Rafe are thinking about maybe going to the Bahamas some time just to get away from the OBX for a while" she answered reaching out to grab Rafe's hand wich he rolled his eyes at the girl and that confirmed everything Delilah had suspected so she simply smiled and answered "oh that's lovely, the Bahamas is a wonderful place" not letting Amber bother her.

It wasn't long for the the eldest Cameron daughter to get Lilah's attention "hey I'm gonna head to the bathroom' hinting that she was uncomfortable with the little sarcastic bitchy tones being thrown around "yeah sure" "sorry everyone excuse us for a moment please" she announced to the table earning a nod of approval from her mother.As the girls left the table Delilah couldn't help but feel eyes on her so she looked over her shoulder to look back at the table where everyone had been sitting to find ℎ𝑖𝑚 𝑤𝑎𝑡𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 ℎ𝑒𝑟 as she left.

Delilah shrugged it of not thinking anything of it. "Omg I cant stand her all she does is talk and talk and talk her voice is just ugh annoying, she's been around the house a lot to with 𝑅𝑎𝑓𝑒. never making an effort to speak or be polite to me and wheezie!!"

The blonde expressed entering the bathroom so no one from the table could hear them. Sarah clearly did not approve of Rafes new 𝑔𝑖𝑟𝑙 "sorry for laying that on you, god I needed to get that off my chest" the blonde giggled wich made the brunette laugh "yeah she uh she seems fun" the brunette added sarcastically "oh yeah me and Rafe might go to the Bahamas" Sarah mocks the girl wich makes the brunette laugh even more "god I hope they do imagine, no Amber no Rafe sounds amazing doesn't it" the blonde laughed wich the brunette agreed to even though there was something in her that made her feel maybe a little bit...𝑗𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑜𝑢𝑠...?
No she hated him! Well that's what she tried to convince herself, deep down Delilah knew she could never hate the boy.

Anyways after the girls had calmed down a little and joked about the situation Sarah headed back to the table slightly before Lilah.

As Delilah was leaving the bathroom just after Sarah, she bumped into a tall figure...

"𝑗𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑑𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑦?'

She knew that voice...maybe even to well.
it was ℎ𝑖𝑚．
