Time Travellers' Daughter

Act One

If I had the chance to write a Legends episode this would be it. I place it around 8x05 ish. 

Previously on Legends of Tomorrow: "I hope you don't have any plans for the near future cuz we are about to spend a lot of time together; in jail."

"The Legends of Tomorrow have committed numerous crimes throughout their careers, not to mention the most unforgiving, changing a fixed point" The time lawyer points to the accused.

"Um, technically." Zari tried to move hair out of her eyes. "We didn't change it, we just hacked it. Nothing in the timeline changed."

"But you confess to changing the fixed point." The gang turned to Zari, silencing her with their looks. "You are sentenced to twenty years each." The judge pounded his gavel.

"We have to find a way out of here, I can't have our baby in prison."

Ava rubbed Sara's arms in an attempt to comfort her. "I know babe, we'll figure something out."

"A prison break? Are you serious?" Astra tried to lower her voice as guards passed around them.

Spooner leaned in. "I'm in."

"What is going to stop them from just dragging us all back here?" Ava pointed out.

"Once B gets his totem, he and Zari are going to hack the system," Sara said, pointing to them. "And erase us from the computer."

"I believe I can help with that." Gideon raised her hand.

"What are the rest of us going to do?" Spooner asked eagerly.

Sara leaned in so only the legends could hear. "Blow this cell block wide open."

Sara deflected a blow from the guard. "Everyone, get to the ship now!" She yelled as she subdued the man attacking her.

Sara strapped herself into the driver's seat. "Come on Z, please tell me this ship is ready to fly." She said into her coms, the Waverider taking hits from either side.

"As good as it can be, captain." She answered from the engine room.

Sara gripped the thruster tighter. "Good, now everyone, strap in." She punched some coordinates. "Time to blow this cell block."

The gang looked back long enough to see the prison on fire as the Waverider jumped them to the temporal zone.

Everyone slammed back into their seats. Relief washed over the group. Sara pulled her seatbelt over her head and smiled over at her wife, they had done it. The group slowly got up from their seats, everyone still wearing the ugly blue jumpsuits they were issued at the Time Jail.

Spooner clapped her hands together. "Now that's what I call a prison break!" She gave Astra a high five.

Zari entered the bridge wiping her hands on her jeans. "So I upgraded the Gideon system and reinstalled Rip's protocol as per Gideon's instructions." She nodded to the woman. "So if that is everything, I really need to get back to Nate."

Sara pulled her into a hug. "Of course, tell Nate we miss him and thank you for coming to our aid." It wasn't easy getting Behrad's totem back from the warden but there was no way they were leaving that behind, and they were able to enlist Zari's hacking skills to get them out.

Zari did her rounds, hugging everyone before Behrad tapped his totem and switched the Zari's back.

Zari reappeared, not surprisingly wearing something other than her blue jumpsuit. "What did I miss?"
