MOONCLAWS POV
Hi i'm MoonClaw, I'm a kit in the village of BlueLeaf. Tomorrow, the town will have a festival for the anniversary of the saving of our cat statue, TulipPaw. I don't really care about the celebration i'm pretty much there to hang with my bestie SageClaw!
"Mom, can i go outside?" i said cocking my head to the right. "no sweetie, it's too dark out there. Plus, the fox guards are coming out by now" she said as she picked berries from our tree. "Actually, I can be on hunting duty!" mom turned around and looked at me. she shrugged "okay fine but be careful out there!!" mom yelled. I ran outside and whiffed the fresh air, "ahh, what a cold night in the middle of spring!" I said as I smelled the fresh scent of... "PIG!!" I yelled and ran towards the biggest pig I have ever seen.
(time skip to dinner because i am wayy too lazy to do the whole hunt)
"So! You caught a wild hog all by yourself!?" mom asked, I nodded and said "In fact i did!" she chuckled, "you're growing up to be a big cat!" she said as she patted my head as i ate a piece of pork.
(time skip to the next morning)
I had gone outside about 5 minutes ago with SageClaw, Both of us were play fighting. I tumbled over as SageClaw pinned me to the grass, "Gotcha!" she exclaimed. "i win again nanananananaaa" she laughed. "I'll race you to that tree!" as she pointed to the specific pine tree. I raced up to the tree and climbed the branches up to the top,
I had waited about 2 minutes until i finally saw a green paw climb the last branch. She sighed, "That's harder than it looks..." She looked at the view of the whole village up on the top of the tree. There was running dots of the rainbow scrambling all around like ants running from their colony. some of them running into eachother, some holding baskets of decor, fireworks, and confetti.
About 15 hours later the town bell rang three times to say that the fest had started. As people in dresses and ribbons danced in the moonlight I wanna try that with SageClaw! i thought. I called SageClaw, I blushed as i saw her walking in the most elegant, beautiful dress i have ever seen in my lifetime. i run to grab my bowtie from my room. and i ran back to SageClaw
