The New Maid

Sonic's POV:

"Sonikku, wake up please," I heard Ames say as I slowly started to get up.

"Hi Ames," I said groggily as I rubbed the tiredness out of my eyes.

"Sonikku, you need to get ready. You and your mother need to go and pick a new maid to be your personal maid."

"Oh, I forgot about that... I'll be ready in about 20 minutes." I said, getting out of my bed and stretching.

"Ok Sonikku, I'll go tell the Queen," Ames said, walking out of my room, closing the door behind her.

'Ayo Good Morning dummy' DSS (DarkSpine Sonic) said to me. I groaned in response, I did not want to start my day with him in my ears.

'OI DON'T YOU IGNORE ME! I'LL KICK YOUR ASS!' DSS said as I went into my closet to pick out my clothes.

'Ayo, shut up fool. I'm trying to sleep!' Dark said, Fleetway agreed.

'Great' I thought as Dark and Fleetway started to gang up on DSS disturbing their 'precious beauty sleep'. I sighed loudly and turned around.

"Ahem, excuse me?" I said, turning everyone's attention to me.

"I'm so sorry to interrupt this very heated argument, but may I remind you... I DON'T WANNA HEAR YOUR STUPID ASS VOICES AT 7 IN THE MORNING!" I screamed at them, making all of them flinch.

'Jeez, SOMEONE woke up on the wrong side of the bed.' DSS said.

"GO BACK TO SLEEP! ANNOY ME LATER, I NEED TO GET READY!" I said, making them all disappear immediately.

•After Sonic bathed and got dressed•

"Hi Mom, how are you?" I asked, as I sat down by the dining table with my sister Sonia and brother Manic.

"I'm doing well Maurice, how are you?"

"I'm doing fine, thank for asking Mom. But I have a question. Why do we need to get another maid again?" I asked her. But, before my Mom could answer, Ames butted in.

"SONIKKU! I TOLD YOU IN YOUR ROOM, YOU NEED TO GET A NEW PERSONAL MAID SINCE THE REST ARE BUSY!"

"Thank you Amy, but don't interrupt me again please," my Mom said.

"OH GOODNESS! I'M SO SORRY QUEEN ALEENA!" Ames said bowing four to five times before going to get our food. She returned a few minutes later with pancakes in her hands.

Shadow's POV:

"UGH!" I groaned as the guards threw me back in my cell with Maria.

"Shadie! Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" Maria said, cupping my face in her hands to inspect if I had any bruises.

"No... I'm fine..." I said, getting up and brushing the dirt off my fur. A few minutes later, a guard came back and threw our brother, Mephiles back in the cell as well. Maria ran over to him to see if he had any bruises. Unfortunately, he had cuts all around his body.

"SHADIE, I CAN'T DEAL WITH SEEING HIM LIKE THIS! PLEASE USE YOUR CHAOS ENERGY TO HEAL HIM!" Maria begged me. I nodded my head and walked over to him. Kneeling down in front of him. I then gave him a warm embrace and whispered "Chaos Heal..." When I let go off Mephiles, there was no cuts in sight! Then ANOTHER guard came to our cell.

"Get ready please, the Queen Aleena and Prince Sonic are coming..." said Kinto, the ONLY guard that was kind to the prisoners at this hellhole.

"Okay, thank you Kinto," I said, Maria and Mephiles nodding in agreement.

•A Few Minutes Later•

I finished getting dressed in my maid outfit, and looked at Maria and Mephiles who also has on maid outfits. Kinto came back to our room a few minutes later to escort us to the room where the Royal Family Of Mobius is. When we got there we saw a few other people in maid and butler outfits and the Queen and Prince of Mobius.

"These are the rest of the slaves that you can take." said the nasty person that 'owned' us. I examined the two people sitting in front of us, they looked very polite... But looks aren't everything. I stood politely, and bowed towards the two. When I lifted my head, I noticed that Prince Sonic was looking at me. I looked at him with confusion and waved softly.

"I want that one Mom" the prince said, pointing towards me. One of the guards then pushed me towards the two.

"No wait! I'm not going anywhere without my siblings!" I said to them. The Queen looked confused for a second, then nodded her head as she stood up.

"Which of these people are your siblings little one?" she said, placing her hand on my cheek. I then turned around and pointed towards Maria and Mephiles. She then gestured for both of them to come forward.

"We would like these two as well, thank you." The Queen said as she gestured for all of us to sit while she fills out the paperwork to get to be our new owner.

When the Queen and our 'soon to be' previous owner left the room, the prince looked at the three of us with, what looked like excited in his eyes.

"Hi, my name is Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog! What's you guys names?" he said.

"I'm... Shadow, Shadow the Hedgehog. And these are my siblings, Maria the Hedgehog and Mephiles the Dark." I said, introducing all of us.

"Oh! Those are cool names! Oh, and guess what Shadow? You get to be my new personal maid!" he said, making me tense up.

"O-okay then..." I said, turning my head away from his. I could tell that Prince Sonic was going to say something, but before he could, the Queen came back into the room to say that we could go now.

•When They Got To The Castle•

'Oh wow, this place is big!' I thought to myself as we all got our of the car. I looked over at Maria and Mephiles, they both looked super excited. I sighed as we started to walk into the castle.
