Shadow's/My POV
Finally! It was done. I packaged the commission up and sent it on its way. And, since it was only 1:54, it couldn't hurt to hang out with Peter for a bit.
Grabbing my phone, I opened up Messages and sent him a quick text.
Me: Hey Peter! Would you like to hang out today?
Peter: Sure! What do you want to do?
Me: Uh, I dunno. Wanna come over and watch movies with me?
Peter: Alrighty then. What time do you want me to come over?
Me: Uh, how about 2:30?
Peter: Fine by me. See ya then!
Me: See ya!
I closed the app and smiled. Because of the black-out curtains in the house, it got pretty dark; even during the day.
Hurrying downstairs, I began readying the house.
Peter's POV
I smiled. Shadow wanted to hang out today! And I didn't even have to ask!
Grabbing my keys, I hurried downstairs and into my car.
Shadow's POV (Again)
A knock sounded on my door. I opened it and looked up at Peter with a smile.
I already had Hulu open, so after inviting him in and closing the door I didn't have to do anything else.
Of course, there were snacks set on the table. As a half-demon I didn't need to eat all that much, but eh. Besides, what kind of person watches movies and not have any snacks to eat while doing so?
Peter's POV (Again)
"What do you want to watch?" Shadow asked me. I wrapped one arm around her shoulders.
"I don't care Darling. I'll watch whatever you want."
"You sure?"
"Mhm," I hummed with a small nod. Shadow smiled and turned on The Greatest Showman.
Although we weren't doing much, this day still went well.
(A/N: I don't know if The Greatest Showman is on Hulu, but it was the only thing I could think of. 😅 I don't watch movies very often. 🤭)
