There's two more days left til your 16th birthday. you were kinda excited. you chuckled.
(2 days later)
It was 4am in the morning til you heard rocks hitting your window. "ugh, wtf?" you groaned.
You looked at your window from your bed then, you noticed. Someone was throwing rocks on your window. You stood up and checked it out. You saw your bestfriend, Pete. ( you've had an secret crush on him. It's been 3 years that you've been hiding your true feelings from him. )
you opened the window then said "Hey! what's with the throwing of rocks in like 4am?!".
Pete laughed a bit "did I wake you up? haha! course I did! Come down here birthday girl! I have a surprise for you." Pete replied.
' I completely forgot that it's my birthday. well, maybe it's because I'm still sleepy. ' you thought.
"Hey! hurry up princess we don't have all day!" He shouted.
you quickly ran to your wardrobe and changed your clothes. you snuck out of the house then ran to Pete.
" what's the surprise ?! Is it pizza because Hell yeah this is the best morning gift if it's pizza!!" you said in a joking voice.
'Damn, This is harder than I thought. I can do this.' pete thought. "Well, sadly, it's not pizza..." Pete replied with a low tone then looked down.
"Awww!! it's fine, pete! I was just kidding!! " You replied with a wink.
"You're so cute..I-I mean beautiful. no no I-i-i meAn A-awesome!" He stuttered.
You blushed a bit then remained silent.
"hey, what're we still doing here?! Your surprise is waiting, (Y/N)." pete smiled. he took out a blindfold from his pocket "here, wear that."
You got shocked.confused. " uhm, what're you trying to do?" you asked.
"Hey (Y/N)! don't think of different things!!" pete shouted " just listen to me and trust me." He covered your eyes with the blindfold and led you to the park. He let you sit down on a bench then took off your blindfold "Tada!!" he said in a mix of surprise and nervous voice.
" t-the park is your surprise..?" you asked a bit confused.
"o-oh! wait! I'm sorry!" pete replied.
"n-no I-it's fi-" pet cut me off. "just wait!" he said then he whistled.
"What're you doing pete?" You said trying not to laugh. You saw a dog running towards pete. it jumped to him.
you chuckled "are you alright ?" you asked.
" hell yeah I'm fine! Happy 16th birthday (Y/N)!" he said to you while handing the dog to you. " awhhh!! Thanks petey!! best birthday!! " you laughed a bit.
"can we take a walk? I want to tell you something...." he said.
"uh, yeah? sure?" you stood up then took a walk with him and the dog.
As time passed, you and pete chatted And joked all the time. but then something You never expected is about to happen.
Pete stopped walking and looked at you. "(Y/N)... I want to tell you something..." he said as he fixed his bonnet.
" yeah? what is it?" you asked.
"..I like you..I-I mean love.. I mean you look beauti-.. ugh but yeah you get it right? it's been a while that we've been friends." He said stuttering.
you froze a bit. Your face turned as red as a tomato.
Pete laughed a bit as if he never said anything just a moment ago. " you're so cute when you're nervous!" he smiled.
" I-it's just that I also liked y-you.." you said stuttering. very nervous.
"cool!" pete laughed a bit then looked at you. " damn, can I kiss you?" he asked.
" what " you replied. "hold on a sec, can you hold the dogs leash ?" you asked.
" uh yeah? sure? " pete replied confused. you handed him the dogs leash.
You're close to him. Before you got away. pete grabbed your arm. "wanna see magic? (Y/N) I'm gonna steal something from you. right here. right now. " he said.
"And how? what're you gonna steal? my phone? psshhhh!! you can't!" you replied with a joking voice.
" yeah, I know I can't steal your phone but.. I can steal this." He leaned closer to your face.
"w-wait pete WHA-" He cut you off. He crashed his lips unto yours.
You wouldn't want to miss the opportunity so, you kissed back.
A kid was just walking around then saw you and pete making out. "EW! " the kid shouted then ran.
You pulled off "damn it pete! you stole my first k-" pete cut you off "sshhh!" pete said with a smile.
Pete placed is arm around your hips then you two started walking. "(Y/N) uhm.. will you be my girlfriend?" he asked you.
"Hell Yeah!!" you replied then gave him a big hug "Best.Birthday.Ever." you mumbled.
"Let me take you home now" Pete said with a smile.
