The quirk vampire allows the user to have vampiric abilities such as teleportation , superhuman strength as well as speed. Unlike how vampires are represented in media the user will not take any harm from sunlight nor do they take harm from garlic however this doesn't mean that the user can not dislike these things.
if abilities such as teleportation are overused the user will begin to feel lightheaded and may even faint however this can be somewhat prevented or prolonged by the consumption of blood.
another reason into why the user may need to ingest blood is that they may begin to lose control of their vampiric tendencies and may accidently harm someone if not careful.
