♦Chapter 1♦

"It was a normal day the sun started to set, and it was my time to patrol the city."

6:45 p.m.

Suit check.

Gloves check.

Boots check.

Coat on Check.

Maddie puts on her coat to hide her costume. Heading out the door, more like seeking out the door.

Maddie: *stretch* "Ok let's go on a pat-"

Lucas: "Where do you think you're going"

Turning around facing her roommate with an innocent slime.

Maddie: "Hey I'm uhm I'm going to take a walk around the city?"

Lacas: "Ya right you always go out and come back at midnight"

Maddie: "No I don't, I'll be back fast."

Lacas: (gets mad) "Have you seen the news lately there's a lot of villains out on the streets at night."

Maddie: (tease) "Wait, are you worried about me, aww that's cute!"

Lucas: (blushes a little) " I'm n-not worry about you ok"

Maddie: " Yes you are, don't deny it, anyway there is a superhero that is protecting us from them am I right."

Lucas: "I know but (exhaled) fine be back as soon as you can, ok."

Maddie: "ok I will. See ya."

Lucas: "See ya."

(Time skip to midnight)

Maddie comes to the apartment all covered in blood, bruises and cuts.

(Maddie opens the apartment door quietly)

Maddie:(groans) "good the (grunts) lights are off (grunts) that means Lucas is properly (grunts) sleeping.

Lucas: (pops out of nowhere) " WHERE WERE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU INJURED!?!! WHAT HAPPENED??!!"

Maddie: (groans) "nothing h-happened to me."

Lucas: "come to the couch, I'll help you get fixes up."

Maddie wobbled her way to the couch while Lucas went to the bathroom to get the first aid kit.

Lucas: "ok tell me how you got hurt in the first place."

Maddie: "I just (grunts) encountered a villain, that's (grunts) all."

Lucas: "THAT'S ALL."

Maddie: "OW OW!!! ya that's all."

Lucas finished patching Maddie up

Lacas: " done."

Maddie: "thanks bro."

Lucas: " ya no problem."

Lucas: "but i know there is something that you're not telling me."

Maddie: "what do you mean, i told you a villain attacked me that's all."

Lucas: "then how come that superhero, what's her name? I don't remember anyways didn't save you from the villain."

Maddie: "..."

Lacas: "answer me, Maddie."

Maddie: (sights) "fine, fine I'll tell you the truth ok, but don't freak out please."

Lucas: "ok I won't. Promes"

Maddie: "Ok I'm. I'm...."
