High School Submission

Chapter 1

Elizabeth walked to school and was keeping to herself, no one really noticed her at home or school. She is very smart and is always alone. She pushes up her glasses as she walks into the school. Elizabeth walks to her locker, she hears people start calling her a nerd, but she's very pretty for a girl with glasses. She doesn't know that there are a couple guys watching her. One guy is a classmate, his name is Aaron, the other guy is her Science teacher, Mr. Justin Meyers, he's been watching her closely for a few weeks. Aaron watches Elizabeth closely as she opens her locker and gets her books for class and makes sure she has all of her homework with her and completed. Elizabeth walked into her Science class, turns in her homework into Mr. Meyers and then she sits down in her desk and opens her science book and notebook to start notes when class starts.

Mr. Meyers watches Elizabeth intently as she does all the right things for a wonderful student. He walked over to her and says, "Good Morning Elizabeth, how was your weekend?" "It was good Mr. Meyers thank you for asking," says Elizabeth. He walks back to his desk as Aaron walks in and see's Elizabeth and winks at her, but she doesn't acknowledge him but says, "I don't take too kindly to you winking at me, I'm not a girl like you think I am." He says, "What kind of girl are you then because you look pretty hot and sexy to me and I'd like to tap that ass of yours anytime." Elizabeth looked at him in disgust and says, "I don't like to be talked to in that way. If you think that I'm some kind of whore in this school, you can for get it, I like to be respected and not treated like some sex toy."

Mr. Meyers stands up and glares at Aaron and says, "That was very uncalled for Aaron and very disrespectful to her and that will never be mentioned in my classroom ever again, apologize or go to the principal's office and take up what you said with her, do you understand me or do I need to give you a detention with me too?" Elizabeth watches Aaron get up and leave the room; she says nothing as he tells Mr. Meyers to fuck off and goes to the office. Mr. Meyers calls the principal to tell her that Aaron is on his way down and then he apologizes to Elizabeth for the disrespect from Aaron.

Elizabeth just sits there and waits for class to start and just keeps to herself. She follows along with the lesson and writes all her notes down. As she follows along, she hears whispers from other kids in her class about her; she feels unwanted and like she doesn't belong among her fellow students. After the lesson, Mr. Meyers gives out their homework assignment to have them work on for the remainder of the class period, while he goes to make copies of their review for their test next week. Once he left, Elizabeth had started on her homework and everyone else just sat around and talked. One of her fellow students called her an overachiever, but she ignored them and put in her headphones to finish her homework before Mr. Meyers came back with their test review so she could work on that when she got home.
