F4 Thailand is the remake of the Korean hit series Boys Over Flowers and has 16 episodes
Synopsis - Gorya is a low-class girl accepted into a prestigious university attended by the wealthy. The school is ruled by an elite clique, the F4, consisting of 4 rich, handsome, and spoiled boys. Gorya is the only one that stands up to their bullying ways, leaving all the boys in awe, especially Thyme, the group's leader. Almost instantly smitten by Gorya, Thyme romantically pursues her, but she has no interest in him because of first impressions. She then falls for his best friend Ren, but Ren is in love with his childhood love. In all the chaos of school, Gorya can't help but find herself falling for Thyme because of his generosity to her and her family, and his change of character.
My review: I loved this remake the best out of the Korean and Chinese ones. Maybe because it's more modernised and more realistic out of the 3 remakes. However, there were boring moments that just felt pointless sometimes. I think they should have made a better storyline for MJ personally. This version showed the friendship between F4 and between Gorya and Kaning. It also shows the character development of Thyme to a better extent. However, the acting wasn't really to my standard and I could see them not acting to their fullest this made it boring to watch and some cringy moments gave me major second-hand embarrassment. But considering this was Tontawan Tantivejakul's debut as an actress she did a decent job and Bright has improved since the 2gether series.
