"You're going to be late for school." I heard my mom say from downstairs. I quickly put on the rest of my makeup then I dashed downstairs.
"You're going to school today, Ella." My dad said rather harshly. "I know, I know. Sorry about yesterday I just wasn't feeling good." I looked on my wrist for a ponytail to put my dark purple hair into.
"Do you know where the ponytails are mom?" I politely asked. "They should be in the junk drawer sweetie". I spotted the junk drawer and opened it quickly eyeing five ponytails. I took the purple one because its my favorite color, hence the color of my hair.
I tied my hair up quickly then made myself a bowl of cereal. As I was about to take a bite of it my eyes glanced at the clock on the stove. 8:45?! Oh my god I just missed my bus so now I have to walk all the way to school... Great.
"I fucking missed my bus mom!" I say scowling.
"You better get going then its a long walk from here".
Well obviously... "Yeah, I'll see you later, don't forget to pick me up after school!" I yell while walking out the door. As I slam the door shut my eyes immediately check out the handsome devil riding the in car on my street.
Oh I think he goes to my school... Maybe I should ask him for a ride.
"Hey! Wait up!" I call out to him while running after his car.
Just as I said that he slammed right on his brakes causing me to hit the back of his car on full force. "Oh my god are you ok?" He shouted while running out of his car and picking me up.
"Yeah, I'm fine I just wanted to know if I could get I ride to school considering I took too long to do my makeup and now I've missed my bus and I didn't even get to eat anything but I didn't want to walk all the way there and since we go to the same..."
"You're rambling". He said while putting his finger over my lips.
"Sorry I tend to do that when I'm nervous.." I awkwardly scratched the back of my neck.
"Yeah I can give you a ride to school don't worry, love". He said smiling. God he was so hot. We get into his car and he turns on the engine. "Hey, thanks for driving me by the way, my name is Ella." Feeling awkward once again as I scratch my arm. "My name is Harry, lovely name you have there". I feel my cheeks burning to his sweet compliment.
"Thanks." I say sheepishly.
The rest of the car ride was very silent, not the awkward kind of silent though. I looked over to him and I noticed all his features, he had a chocolate brown mop of curls on his head and piercing green eyes. He was also wearing a white plain shirt with black skinny jeans. He looked like a movie star.
We arrive to school about 10 minutes later and I try to think of something to say to him. As I was about to get out of his car Harry grabs my wrist.
"Yes?" I eye him suspiciously.
"Hey, uhm I was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime?" "Yeah sure". I grab his phone and quickly add myself as a contact. "See you later". He says while I get out of the car and start walking to the front doors of my school. "Bye". I whispered to myself.
I walk into my school the warm air hitting my face. I run to class as fast as my lazy ass could possibly go. I walk in and silently jog to an empty desk.
"Care to tell the class why you're late Ella?" Mr. Brooks says while rasing his eyebrows. "I missed my bus". I mumbled.
"Next time be on time." He says while scowling.

It was the end of the day and jail is finally over, the bell finally rang.
I grab my back pack and walk outside, my eyes immediately spotting my moms car. "Hey honey, how was your day?" My mom enthusiastically says to me. "Fine." I quietly say.
*buzzzz*
I take out my phone seeing that I have a new message from an unknown number.
Unknown number: Hey its Harry..
Me: oh hi, what's up?
Before he can reply I change the contact name to 'Harry The Hottie'.
Harry The Hottie: Nothing much can't stop thinking about you.
Me: you almost killed me today..
Harry The Hottie: Sorry I didn't expect a random girl to chase me down the road at 9:00 in the morning.
Me: sorry I really didn't want t walk all the way to school.
Me: to*
Harry The Hottie: Haha I was just messing with you, its fine really don't worry about it. I gtg take a shower I'll ttyl..
Me: alright, bye.
I put phone phone down realizing the car has come to a stop and I'm back home now. I wonder if Harry has liked me for a long time.. I'll ask him tomorrow.
I get out of the car, grabbing my back pack and walk inside my house. I dont really want to socialize with anyone right now so I walk upstairs and go into my room, meanwhile throwing my bag across the floor. I flop down on my bed debating on whether I should take a short nap or not. In the midst of my thinking I feel my butt buzz.
*buzzz*
I take out my phone internally sighing to myself seeing that my brother texted me.
Annoying bro: did you kiss him yet??
Me: no wtf I just met him today..
Annoying bro: you guys are going to end up dating I can tell.
Me: okay whatever you say Riley.
Feeling exhausted I put my phone away feeling myself drift to sleep.
