Mae POV

Marisa and I hadda go shopping today for beds and desks. She was still sleeping because she's use to the est time still. "Marisa you gotta wake up!" I said "go away!" She groaned at me and turned to the other side. "Marisa if you don't wake up now you will be sleeping on the floor for the rest of your life get up. " I said she moaned and got up. She glared at me and grabbed a bra. Underwear and a towel as she went into the bathroom for a shower. I rolled my eyes and went into the living room to wait for her.
I sat around waiting until I heard a knock on the door. I wasn't gonna get it cause Marisa was in the shower but they knocked again. I looked in the peephole and saw it was our neighbor Sam. I opened the door "heyy Sam!" "Hey mae. And i told you. Call me peckett." He smiled "okay hey Peckett how are you." "I'm good. I was wondering if you wanted to hang out at my place today and watch some movie. My roommate is out for the next week." I bite my lip really wanting to but I have to shop. "Awh. I wish I could but my roommate and I have to go out to get beds and some desk today. " "oh that's fine! I didn't know your roomate came yet. " "yeah she came two days ago. " "maybe after you guys come back. Bring her along. By the time you come back I'll be hanging out with mitch anyways." He smiled. "Oh sure thing. I'll text you when I get back? Here give me your phone." I said and he gave me his phone. I put my number in and told him to text me later since I didn't have my phone on me. Before I was about to shut the door Marisa came out in her bra and underwear and the towel in her hair. "Hey mae what's the weather like? " She walked over. "Oh. Hello there.." she blushed as she saw peckett "Uh hey... I'm uh peckett. Wait do I know you from somewhere?" Marisa froze and shook her head no and walked away. "You know her from twitter. She's RedRisa10. " "oh I love her! So does Mitch." We laughed together cause we both know Marisa has her straub fangirl days. "Well have fun shopping." Peckett said as he waved goodbye. I waved back and shut the door.
"The heart eyes are glowing for Mr Peckett!" I heard Marisa say. I jumped cause I didn't know she was there. "What are you talking about?" I asked. "Oh don't lie you like peckett! " She laughed. I shook my head and pulled her out the door blushing. When I opened the door peckett was walking into straub and bees apartment. He looked up and smiled at me. I smiled back. Marisa laughed and made kiss noises in my ear. I blushed and pulled her all the way to the urber

We went to ikea shopped for what I needed. Got what we needed and was told it will take two days for everything to come to us. And then another day for someone to come put everything together for us since we have no idea what the hell we are doing. While we were heading home I got a text from a random number " hey pecker, you are not allowed to text me back. this but here is my number. Take a guess who this is. Haha" I smiled at my phone and saved the number under Peckett in my phone.

When we got home there was a note under our door. "You, marisa. My place at nine. No I'd not an answer. -peckett " I smiled to myself and showed Marisa the note. "Well we can't day no soo." She giggled. We looked at the time and it was only 7:30 "you shower first. Uh what are you gonna wear? " Marisa asked. I shrugged "I don't know what we are doing." "Text Mr Peckett ask him what we are doing and what we should wear." She said walking in her room. I pulled my phone out and I texted peckett " Hey what are we doing at your place. Should we look nice or pj's since it is a nine o clock type thing." I went in the shower and by the time I got out to get changed he answered "wear your most comfy but sexy pjs. Or well tell Marisa sexy pjs. Straub needs to see her sexy and stuff if they gonna be friends." I laughed"My friend will not be told to be wearing sexy clothes to impress anyone! Haha" ";) it's okay he lives with bee anyways he's use to ugly pjs." I knocked on Marisa's door and yelled "wearing pjs." "Okay!" She got in the shower got changed and we were on our way across the hall to hang with Peckett and I guess strauberryJam.
