Weeks have passed and we've finally received our results for midterm and to my surprise, she ACED it. She's the top student in her batch and my jaw dropped when I saw that.
Her hard works really paid off oh my gosh !!
I mean, I know she's smart, but I wasn't expecting her to be THIS smart not gonna lie.
"You're seriously amazing Sooyoung. Seriously, what CAN'T you do ?" said Hansol as he laughed
"Oh drop it ! It's just my luck this time" she hit Hansol lightly
"How is that LUCK ?" Jeonghan raised his eyebrow
"Like, I'm one of the luckiest human beings but I've NEVER gotten the top spot with luck !" he crossed his arms
"Well, my hard works paid off I guess" she giggled
We finished our lunch rather quickly so Sooyoung and I decided to go by the library to have some relaxing time since it's the quietest place in the school
"Damn, it's the nerds" someone walking past us said loudly and a lot of people laughed alongside with them
"She's not even that pretty, I wonder why she's with those guys"
"Seriously, why are Jisoo and Sooyoung together with Hansol and Jeonghan ? They're seriously not suitable to be with them"
Sooyoung just let out of a sigh as she fastens up her pace. I followed her of course. I feel bad for her I swear. She doesn't deserve this....
When we arrived at the library, we went to search for the books we wanted to read and sits down facing each other
"You okay ?" I asked her
She smiled as she nodded her head
I know well you aren't. Those eyes. You're lying...
I pursed my lips as I then began to read the book I took earlier
