"Winter." I woke up to someone calling my name. Slowly flicking my eyes open I instantly closed them back as the light that I was hit with was a little bit too bright. After a few moments I reopened my eyes and glanced around my surroundings to see that we were still in the field from last night laying on the picnic blanket. I was covered with one of Aaron's jackets while he had his pants back on. I tried to move but stopped as I felt the slight pain in my back.

"Are you ok? Did I go too hard?"

"No, my back is just sore from being on this ground. I'm ok though. What time is it?"

"Uh, about 8:30. Do you want me to take you home so you can shower and change clothes?"

"Yeah. Just let me put my stuff from yesterday right now."

"Ok, I'll get all this cleaned up and get the car started."

I nodded at Aaron as he got up and started cleaning everything up so that we could leave. I gathered my things and put my clothes back on as I looked around to make sure we got everything. After that I walked back to the car and got in as Aaron put the car into drive and drove off. He rested his hand on my thigh as I placed my hand over his and leaned back in the seat scrolling through my phone.

"Thank you for last night."

I smiled as I looked up at Aaron. He was focused on the road as he drove down the street.

"I should be the one saying that. I loved how you were last night. It was different from all our other times. Now that I think about that, did you set that up?"

"Ha, I guess you could say that. I know you wanted to take things slow, so I wanted to start off by showing you how much I care. The plan was for me to take you to all of your favorite places, and I know how you've always wanted to visit a field like that so I did some research and found that one and figured it would be perfect. Now, for last night going the way that it did was kind of a bonus. I was hoping that would get you to agree to being my girl but us doing it was an added bonus."

I laughed at the last part that he said. I mean it did work and I guess it wasn't exactly how I planned either, but I'm not going to complain so it is what it is.

"Well, I enjoyed it. Also fuck going slow, I want you and I want to be with you."

"Good."

We smiled at each other before the car fell into a comfortable silence as Aaron focused on the road and I just looked out my window.

Next day...

"King, can you do me a favor and take this outside and put it with the other games?"

"Of course. Also, Roya wanted me to ask you if you wanted her to get a few people to use their cars to block off the street we're using?"

"Yes. Tell Justin he can start the grill up and start cooking the barbeque. I want it ready for when people start arriving."

"Copy that."

King left taking the box of some outdoor games with him. Right now, the dance team was setting up for a block party car wash thing that we are doing as a fundraiser so that we the school can have the money to plan prom the way that we want. We have been at it since 7 this morning, it's now 11:38 and the event starts at 12. The cheerleaders, basketball team, and football team were all helping us out. The cheerleaders had a small routine that they are going to show off, the dance team is handling the car wash, the basketball and football team are going to be helping with the games and in case we need some muscles.

I went to the locker room to get changed into a swimsuit so that I could be ready. I brought a new one this morning as a kind of last-minute thing. It was a black bikini that had a top part which tied in the back on my neck as well as just on my back. The bottoms tied on the sides, but I wore some black leather shorts over them. As soon as I stepped out of the locker room, I was pushed up against the wall not hard enough to be hurt but still hard. I looked up to see Aaron right there which instantly caused me to smile.
