It all started when she was four. In pre k she would imagine she was the wind. While she sat on the blue story mat, she would close her eyes and sway from side to side. She would dream of traveling across wide open prairies making the grass shine like the sea. Then she would brush through the buffalo's wire like hair. She would run side by side with wild horses and glide through the salty ocean air. Its never ending waters pushing her to go further. Then when she would hear the other kids making fun of her and laughing, then at that very moment she would imagine that she is in an old polluted city where the tall buildings blocked her path ending her journey. She would open her eyes and see all the fingers pointing at her. But little did she know that they had four fingers pointing right back at them.
