-TEZUKA POV-

The rainy day in April wasn't what I expected; walking out my house and the first thing I see is a puddle of water. I sigh, morning practice would have to be cancelled as the rain didn't look like it'd let up any time soon. I make my way to school early, leaving me time to notify the other club members about no practice. As I walk in the quiet town, only the sound of the rain pattering on my umbrella is heard - I see a singular pink rose on the sidewalk, it looked very out of place. I look at the lonesome rose, small droplets of water dripping down on the ground then suddenly a soft gust of wind blows my way, one rose petal got lifted up in the air.

I look up after adjusting my umbrella and there, stood a girl, wearing the Seigaku girls sailor school uniform, her long, straight slightly pink rosewood color hair standing out from the gloomy scenery of today blows with the wind, the petal dancing around her. My eyes widen at her beauty, a colored painting on a black and white background.

"Hello there, do you know the way towards Seishun Gakuen?" She asks, adjusting her own red umbrella to look at me, her voice gentle and slightly deeper than most girls I've spoken to.

"Yeah, it's this way," I say, pointing the direction towards the school and she smiles, her sharp ocean blue eyes revealed themselves as she walks away after bowing and saying her thanks. I wonder if she'd be in the same homeroom and what her name was. I briefly glance down at the rose, then with a small smile I begin the walk to school.

Okie, so Chapter 1 for this is done - it's short but I like to keep the openings short like that. I hope you enjoy this story from here on~
