Emotional pain lasts
For seven minutes
Past that, anymore
Is self-inflicted
I just have to
Last for those seven
Minutes to tick slowly
By and then not blame
Myself for everything
And let me off the
Hook like a normal
And healthy person would,
I just have to wait
Out my mind being
Torn apart and reform
Once again to help
Me down from the peak
Of anxiety I have reached
Emotional pain lasts
For seven minutes
But physical pain
Lasts for so many more
