The next morning, Class 1-A gathered for breakfast before embarking on their internships.
"What are we gonna do with you while we're at our internships?" Mina inquired, turning her attention to the future kids.
They shrugged in response.
"Maybe Shosuke and Itsuki could come with us?" Todoroki suggested, glancing at Midoriya for approval.
"Only if you want them around your father, Todoroki-kun," Midoriya replied, casting a glance towards the twins.
"What is my dad like in the future?" Todoroki asked, curiosity evident in his voice.
Itsuki and Shosuke exchanged a glance, silently communicating before Itsuki began to explain.
"We visit him, but not often. He's kind, you can tell that he really tries, and Grandma is keeping him in check," Itsuki said slowly, trying to find the right words.
"Wait, you mean Mother is out of the mental hospital and living back home?" Todoroki asked, visibly surprised.
The twins nodded in confirmation.
"Uncle Sho, can we come too?" Setsuko piped up, her eyes pleading as she looked at him.
"Have you met my father?" Shoto asks.
"A few times, yeah, but not often. We mostly go there to see Grandma. My dad and Grandpa aren't on the best terms," Setsuko explained, offering her perspective. Hato nods agreeing.
Todoroki sighed, considering the enthusiastic cheers of his cousins. "I guess you can tag along," he relented.
The Todoroki cousins erupted in cheers at the prospect.
"What about me?" Hikki and Kazumi chimed in simultaneously.
"You can come with me, Kazumi. I'm sure Fat Gum is gonna love you!" Kirishima grinned, offering his invitation to Kazumi.
Hikki glanced at her Papa, wearing a questioning expression. "Should I come with you, or should I stay with Grandma and Grandpa?"
Kaminari pondered for a moment. "I don't know if you want to come with, but you can't stay with my parents. Mom is on patrol, and Dad's still in America," he explained.
"No, Papa, not your parents. I meant Dad's parents," Hikki clarified, referring to Aizawa and Mailin, Shinsou's parents.
"In that case, sure," Kaminari agreed.
"Wait!" Mina's voice screeched with curiosity. "Who's your dad? And how come Denki knows already?"
Hikki hesitated, then confessed, "Uh, I accidentally let it slip last night when he was setting up the futon in his room. And turns out, Papa already knows Dad."
"On that note, my parents also both already know," Kazumi added remorsefully.
Hato and Itsuki groaned in unison. "Aizawa is gonna kill us. He told us to keep our other parent a secret!"
"I know! I'm sorry!" Both Kazumi and Hikki apologized.
"I guess it can't be helped," Shosuke shrugged, resigned to the situation.
"Kami! Answer my question now!" Mina whined impatiently, eager to unravel the mystery.
"It's Shinsou, he's Hikki's dad," Kaminari confessed, his cheeks tinged with a blush.
Mina's excitement bubbled over in a squeal.
"Wait, the brainwashing guy?" Bakugou interjected, his confusion evident.
